Cons:

Der Service. Nachdem wir auf unser Zimmer gegangen sind, haben mein Mann und ich feststellen müssen, dass auf einer Seite der Matratze eine Handgroße Fläche feucht ist. Wir haben ein paar mal darüber gegriffen und das Bettlaken gehoben um nachzusehen ob die Matratze feucht ist. Sobald das Bettlaken weg war haben uns schon Haare von älteren Gästen begrüßt… Wir haben die Rezeption kontaktiert worauf der Herr mit langem grauen Haar und Brille zu uns aufs Zimmer kam. Er hat ein mal mit den Händen über die ganze Matratze gegriffen und behaupet, dass er keine Feuchtigkeit fühle. Er hat uns angeboten uns neue Bettlaken zu bringen und vielleicht die Matratze umzudrehen (?!?) Nach einem flüchtigen Blick unter die Matratze hat er aber auch schon seine Meinung geändert (ich will wirklicht NICHT wissen, was da noch alles darunter war). Das Zimmer zu tauschen war keine Option weil sie anscheinend keine Zimmer mehr hatten. Nach diesem Ekelhaften Erlebnis und einem Servicepersonal der uns quasi als Lügner darstellen wollte, wollten wir keine Sekunde länger bleiben. Unsere 124,42€ haben sie uns auch nicht rückerstattet was nochmal eine Frechheit drauf ist. Wir haben unsere Sachen gepackt und sind einmal um den Block gelaufen wo wir auch schon das B&B Hotel in der Sorbaitgasse 14 entdeckt haben. Eine verständnissvolle und zuvorkommende Bedienung an der Rezeption und ein sauberes Zimmer. Mehr haben wir nicht gebraucht um glücklich zu sein und Arte Hotel hat nicht einmal das geschafft… Schade!

Qualité de l'hôtel : acceuil, confort, propreté.

Cons:

Emplacement un peu excentré par rapport à ce que j'avais prévu de visiter à Wien. A noter quand même, la proximité des transports publics

Wir waren sehr zufrieden.
Pros:

Frühstücksbuffet war gut bestückt, das Hotel ist gut gelegen, relativ zentrale Lage und gut mit der U6 erreichbar.

Convenient, Friendly with Good Value for money
Pros:

Excellent staff who are friendly, thoughtful and always helpful.
Location is also a plus, just next to the train station.

It's not fancy but has a clean room with AC, with a shopping center right next door.

Cons:

AC was loud but this was expected.

Quiet, funky, great staff and located close to multiple public transport hubs.
Pros:

A very quiet, clean and comfortable hotel with plenty of shops, cafés and public transport within easy walking distance. We chose to walk back from Vienna CBD and really enjoyed seeing so much along the way. The public transport made it a good base for exploring Vienna.
