Perfect stay
Pros:

Everything was perfect. Very good breakfast, clean spacious rooms and spa that had everything one needs after a day of exploring.

Cons:

Had to phone each time after entering the spa area to get fresh towels, however the hotel provided these within 5 minutes of the call.

perfect for a couple of days and the spa area was fun to use too.
Pros:

great experience. Spa pool were fun to do. Very modern and in a good area, everything was in easy walking distance and right by the business school. Staff were very helpful and liked the modern room.

Хороший отель в самом центре города, но угрюмый персонал.
Pros:

Отличное расположение, в самом центре города. Хороший вкусный завтрак, достаточно просторные номера. В номере есть чайник, холодильник, утюг. Отличный СПА, очень советую выделить на это один вечер. Есть хамам, парилка, бассейн, и открытый джакузи. Есть подземная парковка прямо у отеля.

Cons:

Персонал ужасно неприветливый и холодный. Что на ресепшене, что за завтраком люди как будто делают вам одолжение. За такие деньги достаточно неприятная неожиданность.
Будьте так же готовы что как только вы выйдете на завтрак, у вас начнут убираться, даже если вы не оставляли карточку для уборки. Мы не знали этого и оставили все вещи открытыми. Когда мы пришли, уборка продолжилась, хотя мы сказали что уборка нам не нужна.
В номере нет сушилки для полотенец.

Pros:

Fomos surpreendidos com um upgrade de quarto na nossa chegada. Quarto grande, com antessala e 2 varandas, com vista incrível. Café da manhã e localização excelentes. Recepção simpática e eficaz. Tem piscina aquecida e duas saunas de uso livre.
