Pros:

Nous avons apprécié le choix élargi du petit déjeuner, notamment pour le produits sans lactose.
L'étage de la zone wellness et piscine est très agréable et offre une vue spectaculaire.

Cons:

Nous devons demander le set linge/peignoir pour la piscine à la réception, pourquoi ne pas le mettre à disposition directement en chambre ? Nous n'apprécions plus vraiment les moquettes au sol dans les chambres.

A wonderful hotel. The staff were very polite and helpful with every request (such as changing towels; they even provided an umbrella for a walk since it was raining). The breakfast was outstanding.

Tolle Lage in der Innenstadt mit kurzen Wegen zu allen Sehenswürdigkeiten.
Öffentliche Parkgarage mit direktem Zugang zum Hotel.

Cons:

Extra wegen Sauna gebucht - die dann nicht funktioniert hat.

インスブルックへ再訪する時はまた滞在したいほど快適
Pros:

朝食の種類がまだたくさんあり、とても美味しかったです。会場も広かったです。
お部屋の広さも十分にあり、快適でした。
インスブルックはある程度宿泊すればバス等の市内公共交通機関無料バウチャー等をくださるので大変助かりました。このバウチャーはApple Walletへ保存できるので便利です。
ホテルの位置は街の中心部ですので、どこに行くにもアクセスが良いです。インスブルック中央駅からはバスも使え、乗り換えなしでアクセスできます。治安は良いと思います。危険を感じることは一度もありませんでした。

Freundliches Personal und die Lage war hervorragend

Cons:

In die Jahre gekommenes Hotel, Doppelbett mit Besucherritze(also 2 Einzelbetten), kein Wasser auf dem Zimmer, alte aber saubere Handtücher.
