Πολύ κοντά στο κέντρο της παλιάς πόλης. Επίσης οι παροχές ( πισίνα, τζακουζι κλπ) ήταν καθαρές και περιποιημένες.

Colazione fantastica, l'hotel e' centrale, hanno un garage a pagamento molto comodo, lo staff molto gentile, la camera ampia e comoda

Migliorerei la pulizia, la camera non aveva un buon odore e nel frigo c'erano i residui di chi aveva soggiornato precedentemente

Tolles Hotel in super Lage
Pros:

Gute, komfortable Betten und adäquate Größe der Zimmer mit gut ausgestatteten Bädern begeistern. Kaffeezubereitungsmöglichkeiten und Kühlschränke in den Zimmern sind ein Plus und soger Bügeleisen mit Bügelbrett sind vorhanden. Hinzu kommt die exzellente Lage hinter Landestheater und Haus der Musik, und das gute, reichhaltige Frühstück. Sogar Pool und Wellness gibt es, habe es aber noch nie probiert. Immer wieder gerne im Grauen Bär!

Très bon hôtel très bien situé dans le centre historique de Innsbruck
Pros:

Très bel hôtel à deux pas du centre historique. L'accès direct à l'hôtel depuis le très grand parking couvert est un plus indéniable. La chambre (suite) et la salle de bain étaient parfaites. La salle de bain et sa très grande douche à l'italienne ont été très appréciées. WC et salle d'eau séparés, ce qui est appréciable quand on est trois personnes à occuper la suite.
Le petit déjeuner compris dans le prix de la chambre était très bon avec du choix. Le jus d'orange pressé est excellent. Je recommande cet hôtel de part sa proximité du centre historique et de l'accès direct au parking couvert.

Cons:

Les seuls petits bémols qui ne nous ont toutefois pas empêché de mettre une note de 10 sont les suivants :
- Personnel pas très chaleureux ; pas de recommandations sur des restaurants sympas aux alentours. Le restaurant de l'hôtel était fermé pour raisons de congé du mois d’août....
- A notre arrivée le canapé lit n'était pas fait et il manquait une serviette de toilette et un drap douche. Toutefois le personnel a été très réactif, ce qui souligne le professionnalisme de cet établissement
- Pas de climatisation dans la chambre mais seulement dans la partie salon où se trouve le sofa
- Ventilation des toilettes bruyantes (on a l'impression que l'on se trouve dans un avion qui va décoller)
