The Staff was rude. The facilities inside the room were not good. The AC blower was facing the bathroom rather than the room. We couldn’t sleep properly because it was feeling very hot.

Comfortable room with stunning views in beautiful location
Pros:

Wonderful room, with balcony and patio doors looking out over the mountains. Good aircon. Also quiet location. Breakfast was excellent.
Location was exactly what we wanted, close to restaurants and old town charm. If ever back in Innsbruck I would stay again.

Nothing really I would have expected to be different

היינו בסוויטה, שהיתה מרווחת מאוד, אבל הריהוט מאוד בסיסי. כללית, היה בה כל מה שצריך, אבל הכל בסיסי. המיקום סביר, כ- 10 דקות הליכה מהמרכז. החנייה נוחה, והצוות יעיל ואדיב. המקלחת מדהימה, אבל המיטה והכריות לא היו נוחות לטעמי.
