Nice property with good views of the rock and ocean. Cozy room and decent amenities. Really good bar with nice staff.
No Air Conditioning. Room was unbelievably hot even with the windows open and an extra fan. Room sat at 78 all night.
It's in a nice neighborhood. The view from the deck is of the bay, beautiful.

Nicely laid out, our room was ground floor with outdoor seating, and also a very large deck area outside overlooking the bay.
Service felt rushed in the bar and dining room, we felt pressured to order our eveing meal even though it was not busy at all.. It didn't feel relaxed, possibly because it is open to non-residents as well.

Room was very warm, there was a box fan in room. It was filthy

The pool was half full with caution tape around it, the floors in our room were filthy, no microwave in the room and you have to walk all the way to the front office to use one. The patios were dirty. Outside of the front of our room smelled really bad, and the pillows are really cheap.

carpet in room very dirty, moldy grout in shower, floor in restaurant area was very dirty/grimey, and this persisted through our stay, dropped food particles from night before still there next day.
It was quiet, very peaceful, beautiful unfortunately the swimming pool wasn’t open but maybe next time

Air system was broken and they knew this when they rented us the room. It was extremely hot all night (80 degrees in the room when we checked in.). Only reprieve was extremely dusty fans in the closet and leaving the windows open which we didn’t want to do and it was still 76 degrees throughout the night. Air blew moldiness from the walls and everyone was sick the next day. Bed was broken and slanting. Awful stay and place is in complete disrepair with no proper management in sight
