Love Morro Bay, but hotel needs some care
Pros:

Nice view of ocean and birds from room, but people walking by.

Cons:

Other guests walk right by your window to get to their rooms, so not much privacy. Lots of people hanging out on roof deck over our heads and that was very noisy. Pool was pretty small and unpleasant.

Beauty, comfortable and amazing!
Pros:

The bed was so soft and supportive for my back. It's the best hotel bed I've slept in in years!

The view is amazing. We had a balcony and it was lovely waking up to the view in the morning. It's a sleepy town so no restaurants open past 9 or 10, but there is fast food in a pinch.

The signal is a bit weak and wifi isn't strong due to location so bring downloaded movies if you don't want cable. It's worth the slight inconvenience for beauty and location.

Ignore the bad reviews cause the only thing run down is the carpet on outdoor stairs. We're by the ocean with salt and water in the air. So happy, would love to stay here again!

Last time at the Inn😢
Pros:

Quiet and away from the hustle of town.

Cons:

Room wasn’t what I booked. They blamed it on Booking.com descriptions.tried to upgrade and was lied to. The room was musty and not cleaned well when checking in. The water pressure for the shower was so low it took forever to take a shower . I don’t know if my feet even got wet.

Nice, but MOSQUITOES
Pros:

Room was fine, beds were comfortable. Location was perfect, since we attended an event at the hotel. Parking was plentiful. The fact that the inn is on a main road is a nice feature.

Cons:

Things I didn't like were the TINY bathroom with almost zero counter space, and the steady onslaught of mosquitoes which were invading our room, presumably due to an access point we couldn't find. The patio was nice and large, but it lacked charm and the outdoor light was so dim, it wasn't even worth turning on.

Nice place to stay
Pros:

Clean, comfortable bed. Loved the fireplace. Nice view of the bay.

Cons:

Wifi was awful. Since there is virtually no cell signal and the wifi was barely adequate for email expect to be fairly cut off from the internet while you're here.

The restaurant staff were extremely attentive.

Cons:

When we arrived, the room was hot and we noticed there was no air conditioning. The fan that was provided in the room was extremely dirty. We informed the office employee, but he offered no solution to our problem.
