Tolles Personal, sehr schöne Zimmer - aber einige Abstriche durch die Baustelle.
Pros:

Tolle ruhige Lage des Hotels. Fußläufig zur beeindruckenden Küste und dem Inlandsea.

Cons:

Leider war der Außenpool nicht noch nicht gereinigt und für die Saison geöffnet. Zusätzlich gab es eine riesengroße Baustelle im Hotel. Das Hauptrestaurant wurde umgebaut.

Great dance experience

Superb in every way!
Pros:

Despite our love for foreign travel, Gozo remains an ever-attractive destination for us Maltese and personally, Kempinski San Lawrenz our home away from home. Nothing is ever too much for all the staff working here. The hotel is a true haven; we love it in Summer when lounging by the outdoor pools is bliss, and in winter when dipping into the hammam or treating ourselves to one of their spa treatments is heaven. The rooms are beautiful and comfortable complete with both bath and shower and a smart tv that allows us to log into our netflix apart from a vast selection of tv channels. We have witnessed some beautiful sunsets from their pool view rooms. KSL is one of those places where for us time stops, and it's simply enough to be there. With breakfast up until 11am and a choice of eateries throughout the day or for dinner, the daily rush stops and we can just linger there. Breakfast at Ortolan and dinner at l-Istorja are heavenly treats in their respective ways - your attention to our allergies is truly appreciated. From the moment of reservation through to the whole stay up until post-feedback, there is impeccable and evident teamwork and attention to service at this hotel. Whether it's the staff at reception (Mayuree, Angelica and Christian - you are superb), housekeeping, all the catering-related staff or the people at the spa, everyone's commitment is truly felt. Keep up the excellent work!

My stay was good overall.
Pros:

The room was comfortable.

Cons:

There were signs of accumulated dirt (supposedly from drilling) on the floor at the edges of the room which were missed. The sink and toilet basin were not adequately cleaned. The water pressure in the shower could have been stronger. There was a smell of drainage outside the room in the corridor.

Habitaciones amplias y limpias. A pesar de ser un hotel enorme se respiraba tranquilidad (navidad). Situado en la zona más bonita de Gozo para poder salir a pasear directamente desde allí.

Cons:

El servicio de restaurante fue pésimo. No sé si fue un malentendido o desgana del personal, pero estuvimos esperando más de 30' a que nos atendieran. Trajeron el plato crudo (pollo), lo pedimos de nuevo y lo mismo. Muy mala atención en el restaurante, el resto del personal un encanto.
El spa no estaba a las temperaturas indicadas. Muy floja esa zona teniendo en cuenta que es el punto clave del hotel. Tanto los baños como las piscinas de agua caliente estaban fríos.

Lovely short break, you can forget about the outside world and indulge yourself.

The rooms are fantastic - large space, comfortable, the beds are big and the bed linen lovely.
