Maxime vier sterren me de prijzen zijn vijf sterren plus
Pros:

Grote kamer en badkamer. Perfect ontbijt (€ 30 pp!). Heel vriendelijke staff.

Cons:

Behoorlijk gedateerd kamer air co systeem etc.achterstallig onderhoud: gebouw was behoorlijk zwart, het hout om een van de zwembaden was slecht (splinters). Een deel van de kamers is blijkbaar in verbouwing. De akoestiek op binnenplaats is zodanig dat je iemand met een open deur hoor5 praten los die op terras in gesprek is.
Veel stores is op zich niet er= maar het zou wel helpen als zij getraind worden in basisbeginselen (een vork houd je aan de steel vast!)

breakfast, facilities, pool. Calm

Cons:

Cost of breakfast which was added to the rate. This was quite high.
Local Dwejra bay beach very crowded as a destination. You cannot swim in blue hole (should be made clearer), the cliffs also quite dangerous for young children. Ramla bay is a lot nicer but a long way. Snorkelling in Malta generally is overrated and not as good as advertised. I would have chosen a different destination.

Le calme.....car peu de clients !..; la chambre (sup de luxe- terrasse , grande et confortable )

Cons:

L'aspect visuel des façades....; le très mauvais entretien des boiseries qui nécessiteraient une remise à niveau urgente !! : très dommageable pour un établissement qui se veut 5 ét.....

Cons:

Pet policy needs review. I was told to keep my dog alone in the room during breakfast hours and dogs are not allowed next to pool aread and garden. They have three pools and they could easily allow choose one to be dog friendly. Not worth the money we paid for a family experience. Our dog is family to us and he is well behaved. An email was sent telling me that this is after bd experiences they had. I dont care is other owners does not clean after their dog... If I paid for a dog friendly hotel, I expect to be allowed to enjoy the experience with my dog. Very disappointed. We had to pay a more expensive room + pay a 75 euros cleaning fee to keep the dog locked in the room... Crying with anxiety. I suggested they should put litter bins in the garden and fine owners who does not pick up their dogs' poo. I would have accepted everythinf but not paying a lot of money to lock my dog in a room. I tried sending a polite email but the answer was redicolous prooving their point without no compensation.
Dogs are only allowed in one terrace. I was sent the dog policy before so I take responsability but I never imagined that in such a huge garden, I am going to find NO DOGS ALLOWED signs.

Very comfortable. Fabulous breakfast, though expensive. Nice gym.

Cons:

Staff seem unhappy. We encountered several guests who acted overly entitled in ways that really soured the experience of the place. Some maintenance details were seemingly overlooked, especially given the “5 star” of the property.
