wonderful holiday we definitely come back again

The location was perfect very quiet, excellent breakfast service and even good excellent at baldakkin restaurant.

My stay was good overall.
Pros:

The room was comfortable.

Cons:

There were signs of accumulated dirt (supposedly from drilling) on the floor at the edges of the room which were missed. The sink and toilet basin were not adequately cleaned. The water pressure in the shower could have been stronger. There was a smell of drainage outside the room in the corridor.

Habitaciones amplias y limpias. A pesar de ser un hotel enorme se respiraba tranquilidad (navidad). Situado en la zona más bonita de Gozo para poder salir a pasear directamente desde allí.

Cons:

El servicio de restaurante fue pésimo. No sé si fue un malentendido o desgana del personal, pero estuvimos esperando más de 30' a que nos atendieran. Trajeron el plato crudo (pollo), lo pedimos de nuevo y lo mismo. Muy mala atención en el restaurante, el resto del personal un encanto.
El spa no estaba a las temperaturas indicadas. Muy floja esa zona teniendo en cuenta que es el punto clave del hotel. Tanto los baños como las piscinas de agua caliente estaban fríos.

Lovely short break, you can forget about the outside world and indulge yourself.
Pros:

The rooms are fantastic - large space, comfortable, the beds are big and the bed linen lovely.

Cons:

The restaurant offer for dinner was a bit limited for our family.

Amazing!
Pros:

This hotel provides an amazing experience. The rooms are beautiful and the very clean. Breakfast was great and service was excellent. The staff pay great attention to detail, without mentioning my partners birthday, they noticed from the details and even made him a small cake. We also made use of the indoor pool which was also very clean and perfect temperature.

I hight recommend this hotel for its high standard of quality and service!

Kempinski what a bad expirience
Pros:

Kempinski is not a luxury hotel.
My wife got sick in the last day. We dont know if it was the water, food or the stress during the Stay.
