Convenient for train station and easy walking to centre. We found the self-checking in confusing - particularly locating our room number.

I loved the friendly customer service, the atmosphere, and the breakfast options. I was pleased to see signs in various places about fair trade products and sustainability.

Pela descrição eu achava que o hotel ficava mais próximo da estação de trem, quando chegamos andamos com malas em torno de 20min para chegar, mas depois que entendemos mais a logística começamos a pegar o ônibus que passa a cada 4min e nos deixa em frente à estação (distância do hotel para o ponto de ônibus da no máximo 2min), e aí ficou ótimo. Na rua tem cafeteria e supermercado (o que é ótimo para economizar na Suíça), além de uma sorveteria deliciosa. O café da manhã é bem gostoso e servem a partir das 6:30h, o que ajuda bastante quando temos que sair cedo para fazer passeio. O quarto não tem ar condicionado, achei bem estranho isso, pedimos para mudar de quarto, mas disseram que todos são assim, porém colocaram em nosso quarto dois aparelhos de ar condicionado portátil, o que deu pra refrescar e deixar a noite mais agradável. Pedimos também mais travesseiro (só tinha um por pessoa) e prontamente nos atenderam. A cama é bem baixa, porém confortável. Não tem recepção 24h, se eu não me engano tem funcionário até as 17h e depois é virtual. No geral, achei um bom hotel, funcionários super educados, voltaria a me hospedar .

Ich habe eine Nacht in dem Hotel verbracht. Der Check in ging schnell, das Zimmer im 4. Stock sehr gross und komfortabel. Am Morgen zum Frühstück ist alles da. Es waren ca 15 Minuten zu Fuss zum Bahnhof. Insgesamt ein sehr schöner Aufenthalt. Vielen Dank an das Team.

Zimmer war toll

Keine hoteleigenen Parkplätze und öffentliche gibt es keine freien (auch nach langer Suchfahrt keine freien gefunden) - das Migros Parkhaus in der Nähe hat horrende Preise. Das Bahnhof Parkhaus war die "Rettung" - CHF39 pro 24h - 15-20 Minuten zu Fuss.

Sehr nettes Personal, vor allem beim Frühstück. Check-in ab gewisser Uhrzeit nur mit Self-Check-in möglich, wobei Code für Türe aufgrund Buchung über ebookers.ch nicht bekannt war und wir mehrmals klingeln mussten, bis wir hereingelassen wurden. Self-Check-in war dann nicht möglich, da mein Name nicht mit Umlaut geschrieben wurde und die Buchungsnummer nur von ebookers.ch vorlag, die nicht funktionierte. Check-in somit eher mühsam.

I booked this hotel because they state they have available parking. They don't!!! "Available parking" is a street parking which one must search in streets around the hotel.
After a long working day, I spent half an hour looking for an available parking space and, after I didn't find it, I had to park in a garage 1km away and carry my baggage to the hotel.
I wanted to cancel the hotel, but they did not accept cancelation.

This is completely unacceptable, and I will make a complaint about it on expedia!

Gute zentralgelegene Übernachtungsmöglichkeit. Schlicht und einfach.

Grundsätzlich war der Aufenthalt OK. Ein bisschen mühsam war das Self Check In mit der Codierung der Zimmerkarten.

We liked the location of the hotel. it was easy to walk to transportation and to different parts of the city. We had a room under the eaves that had skylights for light and ventilation. Really appreciated the fresh air they brought to the room. We could have used better lighting in the room for evening.
