Cool but not practical
Pros:

The restaurant, especially Damien was wonderful. the outside deck and access to the park was amazing. The location an access to the tram was perfect.

Cons:

The staircase up to the loft felt scary. The older folks traveling with us, we're really afraid. There was no way to get a suitcase up there. Easily. And therefore the suitcase ended up in the middle of the lower level. And made it awkward to move around. Especially in the night. One of our rooms did not have tint in the bathroom glass and made it awkward to share. The shower floors didn't feel like they drained correctly, and the whole bathroom ended up dripping wet. The parking in/ out was complicated. The gate did not open automatically, but we weren't sure if it was supposed to...maybe better instructions?
It took a long time for someone to open the gate every time.

Un posto incantevole dove tornare con la bella stagione.

Edificio storico meraviglioso con grande fascino e parte nuova integrata benissimo!
Sala ristorante/colazione cool e accogliente ! Colazione abbondante e molto varia. Zona camino relax per un bicchiere di vino la sera davvero rilassante.. Con il sole avremmo goduto anche lla zona fuori che e’ davvero bella con vista parco .Stanze con soppalco pratiche e carine , letto molto comodo , saponi nel bagno di una qualità e fragranza squisiti. Staff incredibilmente gentile , propositivo e proattivo . Un grazie speciale a Damien responsabile della sala colazione che mi ha supportato per il pranzo senza glutine di mio figlio.
Stupendi il brunch du Pasqua con caccia alle uova inclusa, entrambi i miei figli davvero felici di aver partecipato.

Cons:

La nostra camera era in una zona in via fi ristrutturazione quindi avevamo dei ponteggi che oscuravano la vista del giardino e la luce. La reception pero’ si offerta di cambiare entrambi le camere subito al mattino dopo ma alla fine passando per lo più la giornata fuori abbiamo deciso di restare dove eravamo. Il ristorante e la colazione dovrebbero avere piu proposte senza glutine e un arra dedicata con tosta pane e creme spalmabili o marmellate, salsicce e salumi, pancakes. Mio figlio non ha potuto mangiare nulla di quello che mangiava il fratello ( era disponibili uova , crakers e frutta che per un bambino e’ un po riduttivo . Al ristorante solo riso bianco e carne ai ferri . La caccia al tesoro era con cioccolata che poteva contenere glutine. Ormai la celiachia e’ molto diffusa e visto che questo posto e’ bellissimo e tutto e’ stato stupendo nel nostro soggiorno consiglio un po di attenzione su questo tema.

The ensuite glass was see through so there was no privacy at all when using the toilet and shower. I asked for two twin rooms repeatedly, but got one twin and one double.

Sfeer - ligging - eten - personeel - lekkere zeep en handlotion- opbergkluisjes voor de bagage (ruim) - concept- mooi gebouw - terras

Cons:

Eten bij het ontbijtbuffet werd niet altijd aangevuld.
Douche liep niet goed door.
Lege flesjes in de gang (3 dagen).
De douche van de kamer ernaast hoorde je erg hard.

Kamer werd niet gepoetst, terwijl dit wel gevraagd werd via de app Booking.com.

Pros:

Хорошее расположение для тех кто не хочет шума. До центра 25 минут пешком. Отель имеет классный вид как внутри так и снаружи. Дружелюбный, всегда готовый помочь персонал. Вкусный ресторан в отеле. Завтраки довольно хорошие, но как будто чего то не хватает.

Cons:

Это наверное не минус, а моя невнимательность. За 3 ночи ни разу не убрали номер, и только потом я увидел что в ватсап можно было запросить уборку. В описании на букинг этой информации нет и при заселении тоже не сказали.
