Great hotel in Amsterdam
Pros:

The area and the park surounding the hotel are great. Nice breakfast. GREAT staff! Extra points for the restaurant's terrace, that is literraly in the park. The bathroom supplies were just perfect - Marie-Stella-Maris Objets D'Amsterdam.

Cons:

Our mattress was stained, we have complained abiut it, it was never changed.
The pillows and mattress were really soft, but this is just a matter of taste

Bel emplacement
Pros:

La beauté du bâtiment et du parc environnant.

Cons:

Nous étions dans une chambre à deux étages. Le problème étant qu’il faisait très chaud en haut malgré le système de climatisation en bas. La salle de bain était petite et surtout il était compliqué de prendre une douche sans tout inonder.

Outstanding with some minor comments
Pros:

The history of the building, the ambience, the park outside and the art gallery inside the building, the activities like outdoor movies.

Cons:

Thw mirror is too high, not for short people haha. The coffee cups are aesthetic but not functional. It doesn't have a cup handle which makes it impossible to hold with hot water.

Great, solid first visit to amsterdam
Pros:

Beautiful and very great location.

Cons:

Requests weren’t accommodated which I understand. The bathroom was incredibly dangerous and I did injure myself.

Gorgeous hotel in spectacular location with uncomfortable substandard single bed, appalling service and reasonable food.

Was ignored, left waiting for long periods eg in restaurant. Staff on their phones, looked bored and disinterested.
Gluten-intolerance not accommodated. Ignored.

Esmorzar amb molta varietat i molt bo. Llit molt còmode.
Està a Oosterpark, perfecte si es viatja amb nens.

Cons:

Vam agafar 3 habitacions per la família, i l'hotel és molt gran, cada habitació estava en una planta i una zona diferents.

Great vibrant hotel in the gren park area
Pros:

Great location in the park, attentive staff at the reception, bike rental, beautiful designs and overall vibe.

Cons:

Restaurant has poor service, all 3 times we were there, we have been waiting 20+ minutes for menus or submitting our order. While restaurant was half empty at best, and waiters were chatting among themselves.
