Pros:

Hotel élégant, restaurant agréable. La chambre sur deux niveaux (avec lit en haut) est étonnante mais finalement assez confortable.

Cons:

Le petit-déjeuner pourrait être légèrement amélioré en terme de qualité et de variété de produits.

Enjoyable Stay in Beautiful Hotel
Pros:

Beautiful building in stunning park location. Some really cool interiors/ architecture. The rooms were a good size with lovely decor and felt very clean. It’s in a lovely more quiet area with nice cafes etc nearby.

Cons:

We found that sound travelled a little bit. We could hear the voices of people from neighbouring rooms and doors being shut etc slightly. Not a problem for me as I sleep with earplugs but my friend who is a lighter sleeper found it a bit harder.

Perfect stay!
Pros:

We loved it! Staff especially were all really friendly. Everything was really clean and comfortable. Location was decent as near metro and public transport. Bar are was really nice and again, staff were so friendly and helpful.

Das neue Minibarsystem, der Kühlschrank war defekt, eine Technikerin wurde gerufen. Beim Ausbau der Reparatur fielen ihr die Flaschen in der Minibar kurz raus. Eine Stunde später klopfte dann klingelte eine Servicemitsrbeiterin an um die Minibar in unserem Zimmer zu kontrollieren..
Ich erklärte ihr, dass,
Die Flaschen bei der Reparatur für einige Sekunden umgefallen waren.,wir nichts raus genommen hatten. Später dann beim Checkout wurden wir wieder auf die Minibar angesprochen, deren Inhalt wir bezahlen sollten. Ich komme seit vielen Jahren in das Arena aber seit diesem neuen Minibarsystem wo Mitarbeiter Gäste aufsuchen um die Getränke zu kontrollieren gehört sich nicht für ein Hotel der gehobenen Klasse. Es ist der Grundwarum wir das Hotel zukünftig nicht mehr buchen
