Great location, clean rooms, comfortable bed
There’s nothing I didn’t like about the property
Amazing! 5stars! The staff was amazing! Always ready to help and make our stay memorable. Breakfast staff were as kind and helpful as the reception staff
Very nice hotel, clean, well located.
Market just two blocks away, bust stop 13 just in front of the hotel.
Maria at reception was amazing, helped a lot gave us a lot of tips.
Good breakfast, they got breakfast to go, just hace ti request on advance.
Just reurned from a 3 night stay, room was warm and cosy, bathroom was a bit small but otherwise fine.
The reception staff were lovely and were always happy to help when asked about bus stops for trips etc
I would highly recommend breakfast, lots of choice sets you up for the day and is from 7am-10am.
The hotel is centrally located, 5 minute walk to the main street and lots of restaurants nearby.
We also walked from the BSI bus terminal which took 15 minutes!
Location was great, staff very friendly and it was very clean. However, the stench of sulfur from our bathroom faucet and shower was overwhelming. My sister wouldn't even shower. Speaking of the shower, it was SO tiny, in a little corner with 2 rounded little doors that would meet in the middle to close if a regular sized person wasn't in there. Water everywhere, it was extremely annoying. Also, the lighting in the bathroom was so dim you couldn't use the mirror to even see if your hair was ok (thankfully there was a full-length mirror in the room. The day before we left we found out we probably should have mentioned this, as they may have switched our room. The room was also fairly noisy - thin walls I guess, there was always clanking (from housekeeping maybe?) and other noises like banging on the walls. I wouldn't stay again due to the bathroom.
A perfect spot in the heart of Reykjavik with views of the Hallsgrimkirkja Front desk ,Maria Oliana and Rakel were all so helpful welcoming and professional ,ironjng out issues with a cancelled trip offering sound information about getting around .The room was clean cosey and snug with a lively icelandic wool blanket which gave a really homely feel , i would come back to stay again in a heartbeat
Good location, friendly and helpful staff. The food was good, accommodation clean and comfortable, we will be returning again.

1st floor could not be accessed by elevator. My wife has difficulty with steps
Very good breakfast.
The shower was very difficult to deal with, due to design. Small space and hard to handle shower curtain.
The location was honestly the only thing that was redeeming about the propery.
Beds were too soft, bathroom floods ever time some one showers because the doors have like an inch gap from the floo, which apparently happens in all.the rooms according to the front desk when I called about the issue. This made it quite dangerous leaving the room after a shower because the hard floors I. the .ain room became very slick when wet. I was with a friend d and we wanted to do separate things in the city and we weren't able to because we were only given 1 key for the room and when we asked for another we were told no which meant we couldn't do our own thi g with different end times to go back to the room at our leisure.
