Pros:

The staff was accommodating, there are light blocking curtains and the beds were comfortable

The rooms are small as well as the bathroom. Not enough room to put your things down anywhere. No place to put your lugg

The rooms are very small. There’s a bad smelling odor that comes out of the bathroom sink drain and shower. The shower gets the whole floor wet in the bathroom. The lighting in the bathroom is poor. There’s no room to put your things in the bathroom.

Good location for access to the city center.
Pros:

It was in a good location for walking into the center of Reykjavik. Free parking.

Great place to stay and close to many sites.
Pros:

We had an early morning flight and were unable to be there for breakfast. They packed a very generous box to take with us to the airport.

Bagno geotermico?
Pros:

La vicinanza al centro e al lungomare.
Buona colazione continentale.
Ambiente sicuro (ma è così in tutta l’Islanda)

Cons:

Camera piccola e soffocante. Nonostante la vetrata, si può aprire solo una finestrella di taglio.
L’idea di fornire il bagno solo con acqua geotermica non ci è sembrato un gran vantaggio: il bagno puzza di zolfo, lavarsi i denti non è piacevole. Inoltre, in tutte le terme si raccomandano di farsi la doccia con acqua dolce dopo l’immersione nelle vasche geotermiche. Ci è sembrata una mossa fintamente a vantaggio del cliente, in quanto impossibile bere acqua del rubinetto, ottima in tutta l’Islanda. Non a caso, alla reception vendono bottigliette d’acqua a prezzi impossibili. Non esiste nemmeno un distributore di acqua potabile, come invece abbiamo trovato in tutte le altre strutture che ci hanno ospitato.

Hotel für zwei Tage in Ordnung.

Gute Lage, man kann vom Hotel aus Reykjavik gut zu Fuß erkunden. Kostenloser Parkplatz am Hotel.

Cons:

Die Zimmer sind sehr klein, mit zwei Koffern wird es eng. Das Bad ist winzig.

Die Lage ist wirklich sehr zentral. Man erreicht alle Sehenswürdigkeiten Reykjaviks zu Fuß. Die Zimmer sind sauber.

Cons:

Die Zimmer sind sehr klein. Man konnte den Koffer nur öffnen, wenn er auf dem Bett lag. Das Badezimmer ist winzig (vor allem das Waschbecken).
