The shower/ bathroom was very small bút ok for 1-2 nights stay
The hotel is in a perfect location for us. The price was good. Even found free parking on arrival.
Frukosten var toppen och hotellrummet var fräscht.
Dörrarna var lyhörda ut till hallen och bokad väckning gjordes 15 min för sent.
The location was amazing!
Walls are very thin. You can hear evrryone coming and going
Great breakfast selection! Comfortable bed.
Close to good restaurant options. Nice atrium to sit and relax, watched some of the Olympics.
A larger room, pool or sauna would be nice:))
Great location, very clean rooms and bathrooms, friendly staff, excellent breakfast.
Room service only on request.
Beds not super comfortable.
The breakfast hall was amazing !! Had the most delicious bread with butter !! lol - highly recommend and the staff is absolutely fantastic! Takk Fyrir _-_<3
Everything is great !
The central location was perfect for our 2 night stay in Reykjavik. Literally a ten minute walk and we were in the city centre. Room was immaculately clean, spacious, comfortable and, despite the window of our room being on a road, extremely quiet.
There was a good selection of continental and hot breakfast available. My partner was particularly pleased to meet the hotel cat also. 🐈 🙂
Nothing.
We chose this hotel as part of our Easyjet Holidays for its relatively lower cost and convenient location, and were not disappointed. It's located in a quiet area of Reykjavik yet within 10 mins walk to the city centre with its sights and shopping and restaurants. The rooms were clean if a little on the small side, but we didn't mind as we were out most of the day. We received good service from the staff, particularly from Lexi who helped us on the last day when our bus transfer to KEF airport was cancelled due to unfavourable weather. She kept us updated about road closures and weather alerts, and helped us book a taxi to get to the airport in time to catch our flight (the only one not cancelled that afternoon). Without Lexi's attentiveness and initiative, we wouldn't have made our flight (the only one not cancelled that afternoon) and return to London Gatwick as scheduled.
Great location, helpful staff and good value - a great choice for our group of 6. Only drawback was that one of our group was coeliac/gluten free and she said the gf bread at breakfast was the driest she has ever tasted - she could have some other items (bean, bacon, eggs, fruit etc) so it wasn't too bad. Non gluten free bread was gorgeous!
We stayed here for 3 nights at the beginning of April. The Hotel was clean, beds were comfortable and staff were friendly. The hotel was in a good location, a 15 minute walk from the Main attractions of Reykjavik (Hallgrimskirkja, Sun Voyager, Rainbow Road). We didn't get breakfast so I can't comment on that, but there's plenty of cafés and shops nearby to get breakfast if it isn't included anyway. There is a small free car park which was great, however at the east entrance to the car park there is a massive divot/crater in the road that could easily scrape rental cars (there is already scrape marks on the ground). in my opinion it needs filled in. Rooms also aren't serviced so if you're staying for longer you'll probably have to request this along with fresh towels. Overall we had a positive stay and would stay again.
Property was clean and love the spa design of the wet room. Love the lounge area opposite the reception, the plants, sofa, fireplace, bar was a beautiful spot. A lovely relaxing place to be in
Shower and rooms are small. A small mix up with take away packed lunch over the 2 days we stayed there ultimately delayed our checkout but we still enjoyed ourselves and would stay here again.
