Non potevo desiderare di meglio
Pros:

Posizione perfetta, pulizia eccellente e gentilezza dello staff, e pulizia della stanza giornaliera. Hotel nuovo appena ristrutturato. Colazione abbondante con croissant caldi appena sfornati Nutella ecc a volontà. Possibilità di deposito bagagli gratuito.

La ubicación es excelente en pleno centro. Aun así estaba bien aislado y no habia ruidos. Tiene aire acondicionado. La cama es de las mas cómodas que he probado. En general cumple las expectativas.

Cons:

No hay ascensor (aunque el establecimiento ya avisa). Si tienes algún problema de movilidad no reserves. Son muy empinadas y largas (como todas en Ámsterdam centro). Había un ligero olor raro al entrar en la habitación que desaparecía al ventilar pero luego volvía.

Pros:

Great location just off Dam Square - even when it was loud outside, our room was out towards the back and quiet. Friendly staff. Perfectly serviceable room and breakfast was fine.

Cons:

Unfortunately, the AC was not working and could not be fixed during our stay - we were provided fans instead, as the room was otherwise pretty warm in July/August.
The breakfast could have included a couple of more items.

Pros:

I was warmly welcomed by Sampo when I arrived at the hotel. He made me feel very welcome. I’m not sure if I spelled his name correctly.

Cons:

Staff don’t knock at the door before entering for cleaning, if you forget to put the the sign outside. Even if you don’t put it, I think the staff should knock before trying to open the door

Nettes und tolles Personal. Ich kann mir vorstellen hier noch mal zu übernachten.

Cons:

… Es war nicht wirklich ein Problem für mich. Aber es gab keinen Fahrstuhl. Die Treppe ist sehr steil. Wenn man älter ist, sollte man um ein Zimmer weiter unten bitten.
