Great staff, great location, clean rooms
Pros:

The staff were EXCELLENT and very accommodating. They gave helpful tips and restaurant recs, and they were even able to get us an extra bed when I forgot to request one in advance. We were greeted with a smile every time we walked in, and they let me check in super early. Rooms were clean, and the location was super convenient.

Location was very central.Easy access to Amsterdam central station by foot or tram.

Cons:

The narrow and spiral staircase.we got a room nearly at the attic and approach was steep with luggage

In centrissimo, a piazza Dam. Una posizione eccezionale. Bello in edificio storico, la mia camera all'ultimo piano (faticosa da raggiungere), ma con una vista sui tetti e le terrazze attorno meravigliosa. Staff gentile, giovane e disponibile. Buona la colazione.

רעש ואור בחדר הרסו לגמרי את השינה. במלון אין קרח לשימוש אישי, כמו בכל מקום סביר. אין מעלית. לא נמצא משקל לשקילת הטרולי לפני יציאה לשדה התעופה. הכספת היתה תקינה.. ארוחת בוקר מינימלית

Mooi centraal gelegen hotel
Pros:

De locatie is perfect, belangrijke bezienswaardigheden op loopafstand. De kamer was ruim genoeg, schoon met uitzicht op straat. De mensen aan de receptie heel vriendelijk en je kon je bagage achterlaten na het uitchecken.

Cons:

Het ontbijt had iets uitgebreider gekund.

Good location but zero facilities and no elevators
Pros:

It was clean room and friendly receptionist, good location

Cons:

I had to go to my room on very narrow stairs with my big luggage. There were no warnings or indications on the hotel page that they don’t have elevators and the stairs are narrow. This is a safety issue they should address
Plus to charge high prices for such facilities (lack of facilities actually) is absurd
