"Because i have young children, I need a brighter room. That's why I would like to change to a different room. However, the manager at the front desk does not want to let me switch rooms. He said that since / booked online, I can only stay in this room and cannot move to a different one.

Staff were strange. The whole place was imunder construction parking a nightmare. The bed was broken and would make noise held together with tape.
