Pros:

Smoking rooms very nice and comfortable love it

Cons:

Every time I go there it's always a tv problem or tv box or remote tv it's just was so annoying to have this happen more than one occasion

Good breakfast bar but they screwed us on the beds as we paid for 2 and only got 1.
Pros:

Good location near Hattie B’s but could not find the tourist row with neon signs and guitars. They should have had an instructional map.

Cons:

We paid for a 2 bedroom room which only had 1 bed 3 people had to sleep in.

You can do better than what you currently offer.
Pros:

Nothing to write home about. Most times very few slices of bread are provided or none at all. In fact, every item was scantily or misery provided like they count slices of bread to serve or you are told that the supplier didn't supply and stuffs like that.....

Cons:

No visitors convenience or washroom
No restaurant to eat
No gym outfit/ house
Insufficient morning breakfast items
etc

Not a whole lot
Bathroom was nice

Cons:

Looked a bit unkept. Breakfast selection was terrible. Vending machine was empty and display had half full items.
Bed was horribly uncomfortable. Rock hard. Chairs in room were ripped or damaged. Window was warped. Had to re work slider to get locked. Very uneasy on bottom floor.

Unprofessional Managers lady....

Cons:

Managers were unprofessional,except for Harry.Upon arriving and entering my room noticed major gaps in door jam,I could see into hallway and vis versa...Fridge was not getting cold and freezer was full of ice buildup.Twice I was getting exhaust fumes from a diesel truck running outside my window...first time I told Manager he said what do you want me to do? Hello??? Second time and after discovering the fridge was leaking freon( made me nauseous and I was not happy,again the fix was to unplug fridge which also shut down the microwave!!! No change of room,nothing but attitude from both managers...Second time exhaust filled my room,I was choking,immediate headaches...again no sorry,nothing.I called the Fire Dept...Outside my door was a gutter from outside,all crushed,just laying there for??? Storage,two days it never moved? Who does this? Multiple times I was told they did not have any OTHER ROOMS??? YES THEY DID,THEY LIE,DISCRIMINATE( IM DISABLED) FACT. UPON checking out Harry did offer to refund 1 night,he did not follow through with that as of yet. No pets,yet Managers dog barking in lobby,hallway area quite often....they do not act Professional other than Harry...still waiting for a refund Harry as you offered........oh almost forgot Handicapped room with NO seat,nowhere to put your soap/ shampoo and Hand rail fell off with just a slight touch( they had to know this was not safe) Why would I pay for this room and receive nothing but attitude...it's become a common occurrence here in NASHVILLE....

Great value would book again
Pros:

Super close to the hospital with a Waffle House next door to walk to. Price is also excellent.

Cons:

The breakfast was less than desirable. One of the reasons I booked was for the breakfast. A choice of fruit would be nice. Even an apple or an orange that would keep longer.

Not sure why this chair (photograph) hasn’t been disposed of.
