The room was clean and comfortable.
The front desk staff was rude, spoke very softly and mumbled. Both of the women that checked us in and checked us out were extremely unprofessional. The ice machine was difficult to use as we had to ask for a smaller cup bc ours was all too big to fit. They ran out of coffee in the lobby (9am on a Monday morning) and the front desk attendant was extremely frustrated that she had to fill it. She left all of us waiting at the desk while she filled it and was extremely unprofessional as she yelled at us that she HAD to fill the coffee.
I don't usually write negative reviews and generally try to give businesses the benefit of the doubt, but my experience with this hotel was extremely disappointing.
Due to a trip being canceled, I needed to cancel my reservation and provided three days' notice. Rather than working with me to find a reasonable solution, Elise was rude and completely unwilling to help. I even asked if my stay could simply be moved to another night, but that option was refused outright.
It became very clear that customer service was not a priority. The only concern seemed to be collecting payment, regardless of the circumstances. To make matters worse, I was threatened with being reported if I refused to pay the fees they were demanding.
Throughout the process, I felt treated with a lack of respect and basic courtesy. A little understanding and flexibility would have gone a long way, especially when I provided advance notice. Unfortunately, this experience left a very negative impression, and I would not stay at this property again.

There wasn’t really anything I didn’t like. Kind of wish breakfast was included in the price but that wasn’t a big deal either.
Hilton Garden Inn, thank you for accommodating my co-worker and I with 2 rooms last minute and at almost midnight after 2 hotels in the area OVERBOOKED & cancelled us on arrival. NATHANIAL, your customer service was extraordinary and professional! You reaching out to let us know we didn’t have to move rooms for the 2 night stay was the icing on the cake! The hotel is very clean, rooms are updated and breakfast was yummy. Thank you again!

Convenient location. Having the option for a freshly prepared, hot breakfast at a very reasonable price was nice.
I did like my room. When I checked out the employee at the front was kind. The location was great and I was able to get to whole foods and my favorite parts of the city
There was a bug in my room and it was a bit loud. The hotel employee who checked me in was not the warmest.

NO BREAKFAST INCLUDED. UNACCEPTABLE! No shuttle service. Website claims they have shuttle service yet hotel does not offer shuttle service. Hotel not close to anything, you have to take Ubers everywhere. Food offered on site was pathetic!
The facility was very nicely designed and exceptionally clean, especially considering the area and the price point. It offered great value and exceeded my expectations.
The microwave was clean, but unfortunately it was not functional. I arrived at the hotel fairly late for check-in and wanted to warm up some food, but the microwave would not open and continuously displayed “LOCKED” despite several attempts to unlock it.
I called the front desk twice for assistance but received no answer. Since it was late, I eventually gave up on using the microwave and went to bed. While this was not a major issue, I do believe that for the price of the room, all appliances should be in proper working condition. Other than that, my stay was satisfactory.
