Exceptional staff particularly Nathaniel who assisted me to get to the property after midnight after being with partner

Location and staff was great.

Cons:

I specifically wanted a pool and a hot tub, I clicked on those options. I was very disappointed there was no hot tub, I asked the hotel staff where it was located and they told me there wasn't one and asked who I booked the room through, when I told them Booking.com, they were not surprised. I will not be using Booking.com again and have deleted the app from my phone that I had to download.

Uno de mis favoritos para ir al Schottenstein Center 
Pros:

Definitivamente supera mis expectativas la habitación comparado con el costo. Instalaciones muy limpias desde que entras al Lobby hasta que entras a tu habitación. Nada de olores raros. Muy cerca del Schottenstein Center.

Cons:

Se apreciaría un poco más la limpieza de la nieve en el parking lot, da la impresión de que que los espacios están ligeramente más reducidos (Primer semana de Febrero).
