Nice facility convenient to Columbus
Pros:

I was on a vacation roadtrip. This location was a convenient stopover point. The hotel itself was as described. As a solo traveler, I felt safe, and I slept soundly.

Cons:

No negatives. For its price range, it did what one would expect.

Love the location, middle of a lot of shopping and restaurants. Room was immaculate.

Cons:

They do not represent on booking. Com that they are going through with renovations. I had to be moved from a different room on the first day. There was a leak in the bathroom ceiling
My children could not use the bathrooms by the pool because they were closed the whole time we were there. We had to take them back up to the room to use the bathroom on their pool breaks. We had to park down the street at another hotel one particular night we stayed there because there was no room to park! They should advertise they are remodeling when people are booking rooms so they will have a choice add wether they want to be inconvenienced or stay somewhere else.

Simply Awful and Unexpected. This hotel should have been closed to reservations.

Cons:

The hotel's lobby and part of the 1st floor were under major construction. We were NOT notified about this at the time of reservation. There was no single place to "check in" with the staff. There was often no hotel manager or associate in or near the lobby to speak to. There was constant construction noise during the daylight hours. When walking out of the hotel through the lobby, there was construction materials, power tools, long power cords all over the lobby and surround area. Besides a awful coffee dispenser, there were no means to purchase typical items. This was a terrible place to stay. What's worse the hotel's staff were "hiding" in back rooms and it was challenging to find one.
