Pros:

Atendimento da recepção foi educado. Bom custo.

Cons:

Cons:

Very disappointing and upsetting experience. After my wife and I had already checked in, I went to get a luggage cart (only one was working; the other was out of order). While we were outside in the rain loading our bags, the front desk attendant came out and aggressively questioned whether we even had a room.
Despite calmly explaining we had just checked in, he followed us and loudly repeated, “What room? Do you even have a room?!” Being spoken to this way—publicly, in the rain—was degrading, embarrassing, and completely unnecessary. We felt singled out and disrespected.
Then, right before checkout around 11:30, I went to pay for the room while a family member waited in the lobby for her husband to arrive. A different staff member (larger man with glasses) questioned who was in our room and abruptly told us we had to check out, saying “we don’t allow that here,” despite us explaining it was family. The tone and line of questioning felt accusatory and deeply offensive, as if inappropriate assumptions were being made about my wife and our family.
I have never experienced this level of disrespect at a hotel. The way we were treated was degrading and extremely upsetting, and it raised serious concerns about discrimination.
I would appreciate a response from management addressing this incident, including what steps will be taken to ensure guests are treated with basic respect and professionalism.
