Pros:

Friendly staff and location is okay since you don't really get breakfast but juice , bagged mini muffins like kids eat and coffee . But the traffic is rough in the evening.

Cons:

Got triple charged for the same room. Nothing special. One bed smelled like urine with rips in the comforter. The shower curtain needs a liner you soak the floor when you shower.. Bugs again. The ac barely works. I asked for the 1st floor to be out on the 3 Rd floor. The carpet is dirty and someone took the don't disturb sign off and housekeeping after multiple times was asked not to come in because I was in my boxer trying to come in anyway. Please get a better toilet paper it feels like sandpaper. I keep coming hoping it will improve. The rate was double what I normally pay and it's not worth it. If you are tall expect to have to bend down to shower.

Cons:

The room was filled with stink bugs. We requested another room but was told nothing was available. The front desk was not helpful. Had to call booking.com to get the room cancelled so we could find another place to stay for the night. Very disappointed. Still waiting on a refund to reverse the charges on my credit card!

Pros:

Outside of the hustle of traffic,but close enough to go to other towns.

Cons:

Room setup. Super small bathroom in the middle of two rooms. Doors didn't close well, and I used folded cardboard to keep the door tighter. Air-conditioner in back room had no grates and shook loudly. Didn't have breakfast nor was told where it would have been, no place to sit and have it,because it was in the office. There was no restaurant on the property. I wish I would have taken pictures.

Aside from the raccoons and river around the backside of the hotel I don’t think we will be back

It is close to all the fun things in sevierville without all the noise

Cons:

I booked online for queen rooms. I got full size beds. I asked for accessible we got second floor. The lady up front was not friendly nor helpful.

Pros:

The shower was nice and the water stayed hot for a while.

Cons:

They have a roach problem. My child wouldn’t sleep in her bed because of the bugs. She had an accident in my bed and I left the sheet pulled back so it could dry and the hotel staff could see. The housekeeping staff made up a wet bed and didn’t even bother to change the sheets. I had to call the front desk when we returned to the room to get sheets but they didn’t have an extra blanket so two flat sheets were provided. The air conditioning unit in the front need to vacuumed out and cleaned. It is very dirty and the whole room smelled musty and wet.

The location was nice… The front desk clerk was nice… The hotel room was absolutely horrible!
Pros:

This booking was very disappointing! The only cleaning that had been done to this room, was that the bed sheets had been changed.. other than that.. multiple cigarette burns on the top bedspread on both beds.. in this “non smoking room “… Dirty sock found, between the night stand and bed, oh, and when fixing the blanket, it had a juice box straw stuck to it, and multiple long hairs..obviously from the previous guest. All of the light fixtures were full of dead bugs. We were there on a very busy weekend,everything was sold out.. so we stayed. I will say, the guy at the front desk was very polite and friendly. This is by far the nastiest hotel, I have ever stayed in! The pictures on the website, were very deceptive! We were going to just leave and lose our money, but everything in the area was booked!
