It was a great place for a great price. I intend to visit again.

Comfortable rooms by a peaceful little stream
Pros:

Interesting room with 2 individual bedrooms separated by the washroom/bathroom. The beds were very comfortable and the room was clean. The best part was the little deck off the back bedroom which overlooked a stream with a golf course in the distance. We had a wonderful time watching the birds and just relaxing. So much so that we decided to get takeout from a local bbq restaurant and eat on the deck rather than go out for dinner.

Staff was nice & the sheets was clean. Really hot water & water pressure in shower. No roaches or other bugs that we noticed that’s always a plus. First night first 5 min in the room on the balcony we seen a black bear out back walking/hanging around ,with 3 raccoons, my son enjoyed that!

Cons:

The whole reason we booked the place was based on the fact it says “really good breakfast “ that breakfast was included & on the listing pictures it shows a really nice breakfast/eating area with everything on counters. Get to property & management says they haven’t had breakfast since Covid!! They offer “little bites” muffins & coffee! So NO BREAKFAST!!!! , we got a non-smoking room & there was cigarette burns in carpet floors on comforter covers, & clearly smelled like a smoking room. The floor would’ve been more comfortable than the queen beds & had only 2 pillows on each queen bed that’s smaller than a couch throw pillows… Location-it has a red light with joining Arby’s parking lot to pull in and out but no light to pull out obviously so you can only go 1 way to get out it can be a wait to get out & have to drive down & u turn to go Pigeon Forge

Awesome
Pros:

Only stayed one night as a stop over before the rest of our journey...Leon was at the front desk and he was delightful !! I am disabled and he placed us in a first floor room which was great it was clean and comfortable and I loved the two bedroom setup A+ Will stay again!
