Definitely AI pictures.
Pros:

Staff was polite. When I could find them.

Cons:

Room was dirty. TV remote was caked with film of discolored dirt. Hair on bathroom and worst of all a bug was dead on the blanket. Looked liked it was possibly dried and cooked in the blanket. Glad it was dead but big enough staff should have seen it had they paid attention. Very gross and made it hard to sleep after finding that.

Horrible experience
Pros:

They charged my room after my complaint if animal piss smell in my first room. Told me to calm down for to the fact the room smelled so strongly of urine. Very insulting. But changed my room, I left after 3hrs

Cons:

The rum smelled like animal urine. String smell of animal pee. Guy at the desk was inconsiderate.
AC didn't work.
Bed was wonky and moved when you sat on it. Toilet seat was up in the room

Good, but not great.
Pros:

Pool and hot tub were nice. Staff was nice.

Cons:

Breakfast was pretty weak—fake eggs and mediocre sausage.
Frustrating how loud other guests were—the doors being slammed was constant even though it was possible to slowly close them.

Cons:

all night long drunk people argued and slammed doors across the hall from us. Staff next morning said they didnt see on cameras. Room phone didnt work so i couldnt call dest to report drunken mad people keeping us up.

Surprisingly wonderful!
Pros:

Very quiet room and very welcoming staff. The breakfast was much better than many non luxury hotels we have stayed in the US. The hotel provided free shuttle from and to the airport. We were very pleased with our stay.

Most comfortable beds
Pros:

This hotel is in the perfect location in SLC! We were coming off a long trip and they had the MOST I mean MOST! BEST comfort beds and pillows! Best nights sleep we got the entire trip! Really wonderful and the best location being only 2 miles away from the airport
