Awesome big divided room for family

Cons:

The lady who checked us in Joanna was exceptionally friendly and helpful but I felt SO bothered by the rude knock on the door “reminder” of check out time. There was still an hour left.

Cons:

We chose this place for the included breakfast to be told there would only be cereal and granola bars. The hallways and room stunk.

Decent area to stay
Pros:

The front desk guy Paul was friendly but not informed about my double reservation by booking,com, we figured it out and was given a perfect room. This property needs help but is way better than motel 6. The parking lot is safe and the employees are excellent. There is a nice laundry to use,

OK but disappointing.
Pros:

Good location, close to shopping and dining.

Cons:

Breakfast advertised was very limited. Only had cereal! No bagels, fruit or waffles! Coffee was poor quality. Juice was tasteless. They would have been better of NOT advertising a Free Breakfast. Do it right or not at all!

The place was so dirty, I did not take a shower. I did not go without shoes. The bed was dirty, the bedsheets and bedspread were awful. They said they were full. The pictures I saw on your link was not the place I was in. They charged me $60.00 and booking charged me $154.64. I was riped off and I want a refund now.

I didn't like how I was treated and I was billed 2 times from the motel and from booking.com I want a refund. I will slash booking .com on line. I need to hear something back soon

No kleenex in the room, No Trash can in the room, staff was sleeping at the counter at 6.30 am at breakfeast. Breakfeast consisted of stale fruit Loops, watered down apple juice and weak coffee even if you chose the bold roast cheap powerd creamer weak watered down orange juice and a poor selection of granola bars room was dirty and smelled. Last day of our stay they added some raisin bran. wont stay here again.
