Necessary stay due to canceled flight. Staff were friendly but didn’t feel very safe

Fairly close to Chicago O’Hare Airport

Cons:

Rough clientele- shouting in the parking area. Drama between guests, rooms were very thin walls- could hear people in other rooms. Felt not too safe.

We had a spacious room and the staff was understanding and pleasant even allowing us an early check in. The room was clean and didn't smell of smoke.

Cons:

Breakfast had a lack of options and the coffee was poorly brewed. They also ran out of a lot of stuff relatively early on in their Breakfast timeframe.

The hotel’s location was convenient, especially being close to the airport, which made it easy for a quick stay or early flight. For a short sleep, it served its basic purpose.

Cons:

The hotel is in a very busy area, and the noise level was a major issue. There was constant traffic throughout the night, along with people coming and going at all hours, doors slamming, and groups gathering in the parking lot. As a light sleeper, I barely got any rest. On top of that, the amenities were limited. The towels and bedding were thin which made the overall stay less comfortable than expected. I felt the price was overpriced.

Just okay. No airport shuttle, even though it is listed as an airport location on booking.com
Pros:

The room was clean, except for some model on one corner next to the shower. The shower was accessible, so water could leak onto the wall, hence the mold. With that kind of shower, it is kind of inevitable. It wasn't a problem for me, but doesn't look good appearance-wise.

Cons:

The motel is an older one and the checkout process took a little longer than what I am used to. There was no airport shuttle, which cost me quite a bit in Lyft fares.
