Very pleased -- our go-to place to stay when we're in the area!
Pros:

We were pleased to see that there have been some updates since we last stayed at this location. Always clean and comfortable, but even better now! Previous management was friendly and helpful, but new management even more so! Very welcoming and ready to take care of any request.

Cons:

Breakfast is minimal. Do appreciate that yogurt is available, but would like to see more choices than waffles or cereal. Maybe some donuts or sweet rolls and fresh fruit? Breakfast area definitely needs more tables and some cosmetic changes, but this area is under construction so that's in the process.

It was a good stay.
Pros:

I like the location as its close to work and most restaurants.

Cons:

The floors could be cleaner. After getting out of the shower, walking around in the room will instantly show you that the floor is not being mopped.

We killed roaches .. they need to spray more often !

Location was fine .. desk clerks were nice

Cons:

We spent the evening killing roaches . I am afraid to take my suitcases into my house because I am afraid I will take them home !
Desk clerk said they had sprayed recently and apologized but I wouldn’t recommend it.

I would not recommend.
Pros:

It was close to our destination.

There wasn’t enough parking. The room kind of smelled. The property was not well lit. And they were shooting a porn in the room next door.
