We have stayed at Sofitel Chicago many times and they never disappoint. This location is consistently excellent, clean quiet and the staff is excellent. We love the location , great neighborhood with tons to see and do.

Very nice stay. Not sure what the $25 daily amenity fee is for as we only got a couple boxes of water each day. Hardly worth $25. One big suggestion is to have a separate switch of one light in the bathroom or a night light. Having to turn on every light in the bathroom when you get up in the middle of the night is blinding!

We had an amazing stay at the Sofitel. Our room was perfectly maintained with all of the amenities. Our housekeeper Baoyu Luo kept our room impeccable with all of the personalized touches you would expect from the Sofitel brand. We will be back!
Had a great experience! Great location. Comfortable room. Staff were friendly and nice. Concierge Alem S, took great care of us. Every recommendation exceeded our expectations. He seemed to “get us” with just a few questions. Definitely recommend.
I had a wonderful stay at Sofitel Chicago and would gladly return. From the moment I arrived, the staff was warm especially Osiris who was at the front desk and made sure I had a seamless check in experience. She is very welcoming, and professional, which made the experience feel special right away.
The room had a fantastic view of the John Hancock building. I also really appreciated the sleep menu — such a thoughtful touch that added to the comfort of the stay. Room service was quick and efficient whenever needed.
The location is excellent: close to everything you’d want to see or do, yet tucked away enough to avoid the noise and crowds of busier areas. The hotel itself is very tastefully designed, with a modern and elegant feel throughout.

Sofitel Chicago is wonderful in every way. Front desk personnel are friendly, professional and helpful when asked. Cleaning crew is terrific and rooms are always extremely clean and well appointed. Le Bar is fun, lively with good food and fun cocktails led by the nicest bartender, Clayton.
This visit was for a business summit. I arrived prior to check in time, and the staff was nice enough to hold on to my luggage until it was time to check in. That allowed me the freedom explore the city.
The rooms were spacious and comfortable, and water was provided at no charge. They have in room Nespresso machines which is a treat. The staff was friendly, welcoming and accommodating for all the events that were scheduled. Location is close to dining, shopping, and downtown. I would definitely consider this hotel for returning travel business or pleasure.
