If your not gonna stay in the hotel but to sleep it’s only good for that but needing help or question is an inconvience
Pros:

I like that it was by the shopping district only.

Cons:

I didn’t like the concierge the front desk none f them were helpful and they always seemed bothered by questions and always had a smart remark answer to questions. The housekeeping and room service staff were nice only. Also seemed like they charged me extra day just cause I checked out early.

No need to overspend on this hotel when there are plenty of others nearby that are much more comfortable

The location was nice

Cons:

Valet lost my vehicle, tub was chipped and rusted out, concierge was rude and acted like I was bothering them when I asked for a car service, front desk was unhelpful, extremely overpriced for what is offered

Fantastic hotel for a luxury vacation, with service as good as anywhere else we've stayed.
Pros:

Exemplary staff, from the moment we arrived through checkout. Prompt responses when we made requests, and any needs we had were met with kindness and professionalism. Our room was terrific, with the highlights being the amount of overall space, the luxurious bathroom, and the entertainment system. Also, because I care so much about this myself, spotless rooms! Clean even to my borderline-obsessive standards!

Cons:

The room itself was a touch dated and could use a refresh (primarily an aesthetic thing). Honestly, that's really all I can think of, and I've been sitting here for a few minutes trying to think of anything else.
