good stay in empty Chicago
Pros:

bad week in Chicago given poor weather but the stay Sofitel brightened my stay. front desk and concierge were very friendly and helpful. Room on upper floor was perfect with good turndown service.

This trip and hotel exceeded my expectations.
Pros:

This hotel is top quality and well worth the money. Conveniently located in a great area of downtown Chicago. Lots of great high end shops close by. Michigan Ave is within walking distance as well. The staff are extremely welcoming and knowledgeable. Rooms and beds are dreamy…..
