The overall service fell far below expectations
Cons:

The designated parking area is quite far from our accommodation. We had to travel along narrow paths and climb flights of stairs. We were never notified about this arrangement in advance. We struggled tremendously hauling our bulky luggage all the way to the lodging. There was zero prior notice nor any available porter service guidance. Besides, the parking lot was fully occupied with hardly any vacant parking spaces left.

The ordering counter and dining area are separate, and no one told me beforehand. My daughter and I were forced to wait more than forty minutes at the bar counter.

We were kind of disappointed, thankfully room was clean
Pros:

The room was clean and comfortable. Lots of Asian food to walk to. Otherwise only fast food.

Cons:

The pool looked a little dirty as did the hot tub so we didn’t go in.
The shower drained very slowly so had to stand in water. The hotel is located right next to the freeway and a busy street on the other side.
