Great stay!
Pros:

Great place to stay for business or family stay. Rooms have a full kitchen and hotel amenities are good. The hotel has a nice pool, bbq area and a gym.

Friendly staff but rooms are showing a lot of aging.
Pros:

Pros...Front desk staff was great. Very friendly and nice. Breakfast is pretty good. Rooms have kitchen set up which is great for longer stays.

Cons... If against the main road it is very loud and sleeping can be an issue. Halls/stairwell smelled of mildew or mold.
In my room TV remote power button didn't work. Wood plank flooring in kitchen massively separating to the point of a hazard. Ceiling showed signs of a roof leak due to peeling and separating. Dish soap clearly watered down and dishes weren't clean.

Great hotel and great location.
Pros:

Great location near Miami Airport. We were able to order supper from the restaurant (to eat in our room) which was super helpful since we were tired from our long day of travel. We were upgraded to a double queen on the first floor which is handy since we don't travel light. Our room was next to an exit door making it easy for our bags. Parking lot well lit. Staff very nice! Hotel was quiet and room was clean.

2 cosas bien malas:
1) me tocó un dia que no hubo agua caliente y me tuve que duchar con agua helada.
2) El lavaplatos tenía una gotera, la cañería tenía un agujero y pasaba toda el agua hacia el mueble de abajo inundando la cocina cada vez que prendia la llave de agua.

Pros:

Good location, room was fine and had kitchenette. Bar was closed on the night we were there, so only options were the small shop on site with microwave meals and beer/wine. We arrived late, so finding a restaurant and going out for dinner was not appealing.
Complimentary breakfast from 0600.
Shuttle only runs once an hour, not every 30 mins like other hotels, so watch out for that.

Hôtel très pratique proche aéroport avec navette (qu'il faut prévenir à l'arrivée)
Pros:

L'établissement était très propre et facile d'accès. Le petit déjeuner est copieux avec beaucoup de choix! Cet hôtel est bien placé puisque l'on peut trouver à proximité des restaurants.

Cons:

Le canapé-lit est sommaire. La relation à distance avec l'hôtel a été un peu compliquée: deux mails envoyés et pas de réponse concernant certaines questions.

Lovely if pricey stay!
Pros:

Beautiful grounds and pool area. Quiet and safe. Can walk to grocery store and a couple restaurants if needdd! Love the kitchen. Rooms are terrific!

Cons:

Didn’t realize bar closes Tuesday. But they still were able to have the kitchen opened for dinner!
