The location was ideal. Breakfast was decent

Cons:

The bathroom needs an upgrade. Furniture is also outdated. Was not necessarily hygienic. For what I paid. I expected more

Solid option for overnight near airport
Pros:

Quick check in, friendly staff, comfortable 2-bed suite for our family of 4.
Decent complimentary breakfast
Good shuttle to airport every hour - we arrived too late for a shuttle from the airport so had to get an uber, which was $20

Cons:

No frills, which is fine, but felt is was expensive for a basic transit hotel

Pros:

Muy buen servicio y desayuno, habitación cómoda y muy limpia, amplia área de parking. Muy lindo el sector de la piscina. Muy bueno el entorno porque hay varios negocios gastronómicos y supermercado a un par de cuadras del hotel. No dudaría en volver.

Hidden Gem for long term stays!
Pros:

Great experience overall with excellent service from start to finish. The staff was friendly, attentive, and made the stay comfortable and enjoyable. I would definitely recommend this hotel to anyone visiting.

The best staff in the Hyatt network.
Pros:

The staff is always fantastic. I stay here frequently for work and even if I'm gone for months I'm still greeted by name as I walk in the door even before I reach the counter.

Great stay!
Pros:

Great place to stay for business or family stay. Rooms have a full kitchen and hotel amenities are good. The hotel has a nice pool, bbq area and a gym.

Friendly staff but rooms are showing a lot of aging.
Pros:

Pros...Front desk staff was great. Very friendly and nice. Breakfast is pretty good. Rooms have kitchen set up which is great for longer stays.

Cons... If against the main road it is very loud and sleeping can be an issue. Halls/stairwell smelled of mildew or mold.
In my room TV remote power button didn't work. Wood plank flooring in kitchen massively separating to the point of a hazard. Ceiling showed signs of a roof leak due to peeling and separating. Dish soap clearly watered down and dishes weren't clean.

Great hotel and great location.
Pros:

Great location near Miami Airport. We were able to order supper from the restaurant (to eat in our room) which was super helpful since we were tired from our long day of travel. We were upgraded to a double queen on the first floor which is handy since we don't travel light. Our room was next to an exit door making it easy for our bags. Parking lot well lit. Staff very nice! Hotel was quiet and room was clean.
