Aceptable por el personal pero falta mantenimiento en varios aspectos
Pros:

El personal es muy agradable, todos fueron muy amables y atentos, el desayuno que incluía nuestro paquete estuvo delicioso

Cons:

No funcionó nunca la televisión, cuando llegamos, un día sirvió el elevador y los dos últimos ya no, aunque la habitación estaba limpia, había cucarachas pequeñas en la cocineta de la habitación y también salió una cucaracha gigante en el baño, las toallas estaban muy rotas y deshiladas

Hotel con potencial desperdiciado :(
Pros:

Está muy bien ubicado, hay variedad de comercios y sitios, muy céntrico; las recepcionistas fueron muy amables.
Consulté con más huéspedes, y en mi habitación contaba con internet y aire acondicionado durante toda nuestra estancia, mientras otros no.
La zona de piscina está muy bien.

Cons:

La unidad está muy deteriorada, no existe mantenimiento correctivo solo “preventivo”, las mucamas solo hicieron “limpieza” 1/4 días (lo coloco en comillas porque no cambiaron ropa de cama, solo estiraron las sábanas y colchas, me percaté de esto porque las sábanas estaban manchadas).
Encontramos una cucaracha, y un par de chicles pegados.
Los sanitarios de la piscina están muy abandonados.
Solicité en recepción que me cambiaran el foco principal porque no encendía, y el chico que vino a hacer la revisiones me comentó que no podía porque al no funcionar el ventilador era OBVIO que no encendería el foco, hay poco personal amable y otros que son poco atentos y desinteresados a dudas y peticiones.

Solo que tenía balcón

Cons:

Me hicieron dar vueltas por qué no había un buen lugar con aire acondicionado tuve que ver cómo 5 habitaciones porque no servía la televisión , las camas eran duras y la piscina cierra a las 8 y media

Cons:

Las instalaciones son muy viejas y descuidas. El aire acondicionado poco eficiente ya que enfriaba poco, habia ventilar en techo pero tampoco funcionaba bien. El elevador en cualquier momento dejaba de funcionar otras huespedes se quedaron atorados, tienes que llegar antes de las 11 ya que cierran el estacionamiento y ya no puedes meter el carro. Mi experiencia fue pésima.

Pros:

Muy malas condiciones, nos funciona el aire el ventilador apenas servía, limpieza terrible muchos escombros y cucarachas en el restaurante. Sin recomendar y muy mala experiencia ya que nadie ayudo a mejora la comodidad en el Hotel

Maravilla de Hotel
