Repeated reports of dirty sheets, stained pillows, mold in bathrooms, dirty pool areas and mention of cockroaches — overall very poor cleanliness.
Service
8
Staff frequently described as very friendly and attentive in several reviews, though service did not always resolve issues (e.g., AC/TV problems).
Location
9.2
Multiple mentions of excellent location: close to the beach and many nearby shops; considered a strong positive.
Room Quality
3
Rooms reported with non-working AC and TV, uncomfortable/old mattresses, windows that did not open and general poor room condition (peeling parts, broken curtains).
Amenities
3.6
Pools exist but often described as dirty; no pool towels, unreliable Wi‑Fi, TV/AC frequently not working and slow or problematic elevator.
Value for Money
3.9
Perceived poor cost-benefit by several guests given conditions and broken amenities; one mention of price as a pro but overall value is low.

Cons:
