Bathroom needed to be updated. Also furniture in the room looked a little worn. I think the room needed an update.

Would stay again if hotel and reservation could get on the same page
Pros:

Great location, beautiful scenery. Felt safe. Pool was warm and kids loved it. Other guests were friendly. The rooms were big. The hotel overall was quiet. The breakfast was good and sufficiently stocked.

Cons:

I prepaid via the app when booking the rooms and upon arrival the property could not figure out how to continue with the booking. After 2 hours in the hot lobby, we had to just completely cancel the reservation and rebook a completely different way. Room furniture showed wear and tear but appreciated that the room was clean.

Pros:

The pool had a great view and the room had 3 beds with the sofa pull-out. Housekeeping was fantastic and the breakfast was good.

Cons:

The pool was smaller and more shallow than the pictures indicated, and the lights were out in the hot tub and people were chain smoking on the patio outside the pool - we couldn't escape the horrible smell. The beds were very uncomfortable. The location was quite a drive from all the sights and activities we did, but in a nicer area.

It was a lovely five day getaway from rainy Oregon weather.
Pros:

Friendly staff. Friendly Super Bowl guests who saw me watching the game alone in the lobby and invited me to me to their game gathering.

Cons:

Toilets uncomfortable due to being so short.
Hard to get down and back up. I’m 79 years old!

Stay was good , pool was nice . Bed was comfortable.
