Nulla .pessima l accoglienza e la gestione delle eventuali problematiche o necessità da parte dello staff. Abbiamo prenotato 2 camere familiari e un giorno siamo usciti la mattina alle 10 e rientrati alle 20 di sera e entrambe le stanze erano ancora da rifare. Alla reception vi hanno detto che ormai non potevano fare piu nulla e potevamo solo aspettare ol giorno dopo. Nessuno dello staff il giorno dopo si è nemmeno scusato. Siamo rimasti von le camere sporche e disordinate nonostante ci fossero con joi 3 bambini. Struttura ricettiva pessima. Non lo consiglio a nessuno

Tot ha estat molt bé. Teniem una habitació per 4 i era molt gran. L'habitació tenia grans finestres amb vistes.
Coses a millorar les llums de tota l'habitació s'encenien alhora. La part de l'armari/vestidor no tenia llum independent.

Skuffende i forhold til prisen.

At det lå tæt på lufthavnen

Cons:

Det virkede meget slidt og simple ting var ikke vedligeholdt som at afløbet fungerer i bruseren og at vandet kan løbe frit fra håndvaskens hane. Der var også ret beskidt i hotellets forhal og der stod efterladt en to. bagagevogn lige midt i indgangen.

Cons:

I reserved a Standard Twin Room, but we were allocated a significantly smaller accommodation (dark small, narrow cabinet) situated behind the elevator shaft.

I was highly dissatisfied with this arrangement and ask manager to rectify this unfavorable situation. However, there was no response from the hotel, neither from Booking.
