We only stayed here to get to sit in the hot tub. It was not working and was freezing cold. Had to book online to get a room we were told when we called the actual front desk. Should have asked, but we just trusted it would be working. Probably won’t pick LaQuinta again.

N/A
It was close to The Easton Archery Center, the room looked as though it had been updated with fresh paint and carpet, and the hotel had elevators that worked and were located near the lobby and at the back of the hotel, which made it very nice to get our bags and things up to our room. For the money paid, the room was fine, it was basic.
The door at the back of the hotel required your room key to open it but wouldn't shut once inside unless you pulled it shut, there were men in work trucks camped out in the back of the hotel that slept in their truck for 3 days and reeked of weed which made us feel uneasy, the breakfast was skimpy, parking was rough as the hotel was full, which is great for them, but made it like musical chairs anytime we needed to leave and come back. The shower head needed cleaning as it sprayed everywhere but where it needed too. The heating/air conditioner unit was very noisy and rattled when it kicked on, and the floor/carpet was wet under the unit. It was totally my fault for thinking I ordered 2 queens when in fact they were doubles or full size beds. We made it work, but my husband and I ended up rolling into the middle every night because of wear on the mattress. The other bed we discovered, may have been newer as it didn't have the same problem, but we only discovered this the morning we left after my son said his didn't do that. We will know in the future to check out both beds before settling on one.
Management here(especially the ignorant male manager ) are the worst. If I could give zero stars I would. Don't even have time to begin to tell about the nightmare I endured because of my booking here.
Location
Place was old and smelled
The room, and the hotel in general, was very clean.
The room has some minute maintenance issues that should be attended to: the front of the HVAC unit was pulled away from the body but it worked properly. Some of the trim in the shower and bathroom needs repair but didn't affect the functionality.
Absolutely nothing.
The first room I was given had not been cleaned. The second room I was given had vomit in the only chair, and cockroaches in the shower. Left without staying, paying for another hotel. Honestly not sure I will use booking.com ever again.
The only lighting in the room was the reading light on both sides of the bed. If you want to charge your electronics you need to crawl under the desk to reach a plugin. The valve that turns on the shower was not fully functional. It was a “mobility impaired” room yet it had a bathtub.

Charged $500 deposit that wasn't mentioned anywhere on my booking for a one night stay because I live in the same state.
The hotel is located close to Salt Lake City Airport. The room was clean.
I have been in several Salt Lake City Airport hotels, and this is the least favorable. The hotel and in particular the rooms are aged and rather run down. I stayed there twice (on the way into and out of SLC) and in one room, the heating was broken and could not be regulated. The rooms are very dark, very few lights. The breakfast is very basic, with limited choice and not very good food quality.
When I checked in, I was given a sheet of paper with information about my stay to review and confirm. The backside was also printed, but the person at the reception told me it was only scrap paper. When I looked at it in my room, I was quite shocked: It was the internal guest list for the previous day, with information like names, travel dates, rates, room occupancy, rewards number, etc. This breach of privacy alone is reason for me not to come back to this hotel.
The hotel also refused to issue a receipt or invoice. The person at the front desk could not help and connected me to the manager by phone, who was very rude and just hung up on me. They also do not respond to requests by booking.
