very poor follow up on a huge scenario
Pros:

morning food was very good

Cons:

Toliet full of DOG hair upon entering ...a mild apology....nothing more....manager out of town,,,,assistant manager had no authority to say or do anything without permission and that did not occur...he did change our room....said he got in touch with the manager 3 times...manager did not respond...hoping I would NOT push it....I am NOT done with my story yet... I will contact La Quinta/ Wyndham with the complete story

It was alright.

The pricing was great compared to other places

Cons:

One worker at the desk during breakfast who was doing it all. Phone calls, cleaning, bringing out coffee, etc. It was hard for her to keep up alone. I also didn’t appreciate that we can hear everything through the walls. Our neighbors weren’t even being loud but man you could hear the tv on and talking and even the shower running. Also, why is there not a mirror on the outside of the shower? It’s necessary if there are multiple people getting ready in 1 single room.

Disappointing stay with La Quinta
Pros:

We were given a handicap room which we didn't request.
Water from the shower, even with the curtain properly closed, ran 1/3 of the way into the bathroom, making the toilet difficult to reach. We had to dam it off with towels.
The sink faucet had a leak which we had to cover with a washcloth.
The staff seemed indifferent, never offering a remedy or apology.
The bed was comfortable enough despite having a significant cavity in the mattress. The room was less than desirable to say the least.
We won't stay here again.

Expensive and run-down
Pros:

Near the airport. Free shuttle. Toothpaste is available free of charge. Okay breakfast but coffee was satisfactory.

Cons:

The shower wasn't working!!!, which is one of the main reasons I booked a hotel after missing my connection flight.
The air conditioner blasted loudly all night. The place looks run-down and outdated.
