I liked our stay overall.
Pros:

I liked the location of the hotel, garage under the building to keep car cool, comfortable bed, very nice and clean bathrooms, furnished kitchen.

Cons:

I wish the pool wasn’t closed. I stayed on the second floor, which didn’t have a balcony plus it looked at the second floor parking, where cars were parked right in front of the window, which made me feel uncomfortable. I wish the hotel would give a discount because the pool was closed.

Our room smelled of heavy cleaning product. The clothes we didn't wear had to be washed when we got home to rid them of the smell.

Beautiful place
Pros:

Front desk was very attentive and helpful during our stay. We usually stay at the Metropolitan room but this time tried to stay at Serenity one bedroom and was extremely satisfied, room was spacious and very clean, two bathrooms was extremely helpful, bed was comfortable. We stayed at room 306 and definitely planning to stay there again. The staff was very friendly especially , bell captain Ernest he is our inspiration and great person. Overall the entire crew is wonderful. Looking for for many returns. We enjoy Brigantine and stay at La Sa Samana resort. Thanks! Alexander

Pros:

Everyone from the manager to the cleaning people were friendly and concerned that we have a nice stay.

Hate the 'resort fee'. Don't use those services and see it just as a way to raise the price.
