It was decent for a one stay but long term needs improvement

The was a stove there and a couple of other useful items

The microwave didn’t work and there wasn’t Much trash cans available

It served its purpose but I would not utilize this location on vacation.
Pros:

The price was affordable.

Cons:

The microwave didn't work in the kitchenette. There was a broken cabinet door in the kitchenette. And the shower was continuously running. No matter how much you tightened it. We notified the front desk of some of these things and they put in a ticket but nothing was done while we were there.

Business as usual
Pros:

I’ve stayed here before. It’s just comfortable. The people are nice.

Cons:

As I was walking up along the front of the building towards the backside where you take your dogs, I did see a few windows that the AC units had green mold and water and stuff running down other than that. Nothing it’s very clean otherwise

It worked for my purposes but I would not return.
Pros:

The location was perfect for my visit to the area. The staff was friendly.

Cons:

You can tell that people live at the hotel. Kids were running all over the place unsupervised. The window in my room was facing the pool and outdoor area; guests were loud outside there until 11pm. I also did not feel safe leaving my room as a single female traveling alone.

Poor customer service quality disrespectful and out of context by calling the cops or no reason
Pros:

It ended up being a horrible State due to the coffee and call on me I did not get my refund back I did not get money back I was only there for 6 hours they charged me for worst vacation start ever

Cons:

The staff, I didn't get my refund cops will call on me staff was quite disrespectful did not want to help did not want to accommodate me did not want to refund me still have yet to refund me would never refer anyone to this property ever.

Pros:

Tiffany who is the assistant manager was very helpful.

Cons:

The property is absolutely disgusting. First off, it took the receptionist 20 mins to come to the front desk. I have footage of when I arrived. Our initial room had a pull out bed with a pissy mattress cover and a broken coffee table in it. The walls had a neat residue on them. When telling the receptionist about the mattress cover and table, the receptionist asked my husband to bring the mattress cover down to the front desk and put the coffee table in a storage closet in a nearby hallway. We had to stay in that room because there was no other rooms available that evening. The next morning when I went to use the shower, the pipes were sticking out of the wall. We ended up getting a new room. It was better but the shower vent was absolutely filthy in the bathroom. The smell of the building was old and moldy. Not to mention the heavy police activity outside due to a dispute happening in the building. I highly recommend NOT booking here. DO NOT BOOK HERE!!!!

The mattress was not really comfortable to sleep on
Pros:

In the past, they used to serve a continental breakfast, it was under a different name than also when the facilities was changed to a different name a.k.a. main stay hotel and suites… Things changed… The snack machine is overpriced so that mean we had to go and get food I think to make it better. They should serve some type of small type breakfast maybe cereals fruit something like that at least… That’s not asking for much.!!! at least that would be something that the guest can put in their stomachs for breakfast…, That’s not asking for much and some people don’t have transportation to go to a store Vista restaurants are about five 210 minutes away… Because you have to pay for Uber or Lyft or a cab very expensive in these times!! so they should offer guest something since there machines snack machine machines are very overpriced four dollars for a small bag of Doritos. Ridiculous.!!’
