Pros:

The property was clean and beautiful no complaints!! I showed up freezing because of the weather and they gave me a pipping hot cup of tea to warm up and my room also wasp ready on time so one of the girls gave me another room and the view was BEAUTIFUL!!! I will becoming back!

Amazing reception staff but was unacceptably unclean.
Pros:

Reception staff were the nicest hotel staff I’ve ever encountered

Cons:

It was so unclean, the bath faucet was falling off the wall, there was mould in the vent and the carpet smelt. The smell in the corridor made us choke. Checked out early.

Nothing

Cons:

Dirty room, guests need to do a deep cleaning in the rooms and kitchen utensils because it's disgusting to use the bathroom so dirty and the same things. The leisure area can't get dirty either, the pool can't either, in addiment of dirty with dead animals around and finally misleading advertising about breakfast

My stay was very good and I would definitely use this facility again
Pros:

My room was very clean comfortable roomy better than I expected. The staff at the front was extremely nice.

Cons:

The handicap room the bathtub is not accessible for someone who has mobility issues. And the handicap parking is very limited and not near the front door of the building

Nothing was liked about the hotel

Cons:

The hotel had roaches , the towel and rags was stilll dirty . The tub was dirty . They have undercover police staying in the rooms and set ppl up , Shut this hotel down now.
