First they didn’t find the reservation. Did not find name Withers. No William Withers. Ask if another name I said well William JOSEPH Withers, nope. Any other name I said well Bill. Oh ok have one for Bill Withers. None for WITHERS, or William or William Joseph but Bill WITHERS “ YES”!This was on phone when leaving Greenwood In. Guys English was suspect. Then when just outside Nashville called for directions could not understand person who answered gave wrong exit. So we got lost and gave up, Of course canceling at that time past free so just eat the $90 plus!!! We stopped at Holiday Inn Express got a room ON OUR OWN!!
If I could give 0 stars I would. Reserved a room on my Wyndham app as a frequent Wydham user. I used some banked points for the reservation which was for my daughter to stay at close to the hospital where she is scheduled to have surgery at 5:00am. When she tried to check in around 1:30 they told her the rooms were still being cleaned and to come back later. Came back around 5:30 and was told the reservation was cancelled and they have no more rooms available. WHAT?! They also LIED and told her they didn't know who cancelled it but I would have to call Wyndham. So I did. 4 TIMES! Got the run around, spoke with 2 customer service and 3 separate supervisors. Everyone passes blame on who cancelled the reservation. Wyndham says the hotel cancelled it, the hotel says they don't know who cancelled it. At this point, I don't care who cancelled it, it's 10 degrees outside and she has surgery at 5am. I ended up booking the only thing close, Holiday Inn in Antioch for $170 so my daughter didn't freeze. THIS IS UNACCEPTABLE! And all I get from Wyndham from the 3 people who identified themselves as supervisors is that they will "open a case" and someone will contact me. We'll see but, but I'm a strong believer in Karma, so whoever thought it was ok to cancel my reservation and leave my daughter in the cold, I assure you, Karma is real you sorry POS!!!

I booked with a representative and was gave one price which included the pet fee supposedly. When I got to the hotel, I had to wait for the desk clerk to finally acknowledge me. Then she told me it was a 50 dollar pet deposit. I informed her that they said it was included in my quote and she said it wasn't. I contacted their 800 number and was told that they were unable to give me a refund. I explained the issue and before I could finish asking for it to be escalated I received a denial letter. I had to talk to two different representatives because the first one would not transfer me to a supervisor or escalate it. At the end they are still refusing to give me a refund.
Easy to check in. The property was close by family. There were great food options in the area.
The TV volume wouldn't go below 20.
The staff was friendly and the location was convenient for my trip.
When I first arrived, the keys that they gave me did not work. I had to go up to the front desk multiple times and eventually had to move rooms. In the new room, I found multiple different bugs around the beds and on the ceiling.

The room was very old, looks like there was not maintenance at all, specially the floor and the bathroom, room too dark no good lights. The pool was not working and had a cover on top, looks like because lack of maintenance.
Breakfast was good but we saw cockroaches on the counter .
