Dream Hotel, located right on Collins Avenue in the heart of South Beach, is a fantastic choice if you want to be in the middle of everything. The property, formerly the Tudor Hotel, has been fully renovated and now offers a stylish blend of modern comfort and vibrant atmosphere.

The hotel features a restaurant, a spacious rooftop terrace with pool, and a chic bar and lounge area. Thoughtful touches like complimentary sunscreen, water, and bicycles for guest use make exploring South Beach easy and enjoyable.

Rooms are sleek and modern, with plenty of electrical outlets, a large shower with excellent water pressure, and a smart layout that makes the average-sized room feel efficient and comfortable. The bed provided a great night’s sleep, and housekeeping did an outstanding job keeping everything spotless and reliable. Morning coffee in the lobby is a nice perk, and our late-night check-in was smooth and welcoming — complete with a glass of prosecco.

The highlight of our stay was the front desk team. Melody and her colleagues were exceptional: professional, friendly, and always ready for a pleasant chat. Their hospitality truly elevated the experience.

Overall, Dream Hotel by Hyatt South Beach delivers a stylish stay with great amenities, a prime location, and outstanding service. We had a wonderful time and would happily return anytime.

The location was excellent, right near the beach and restaurants and everything you could think of. The room was comfortable and clean and quiet. The staff was amazing very friendly, they met all of our needs. The pool area with the bar was equipped with towels, water, and sunscreen, which made it nice and had umbrellas with chairs near the pool.
Overall, the experience was a good one and had come back again. It was clean and I enjoyed my stay very much.

The employees, Alex, Brielle, Joseph and Rassoul, melody very knowledgeable about the attractions, good sites to visit and we're really great hosts. Loved hotel location.Good employees!!!! Yea!

Dream South Beach exceeded expectations! From the moment we arrived, Colin provided a fantastic check-in experience and made us feel welcome right away. The pool area was posh and stylish, perfect for relaxing after a day exploring Miami Beach. Also the Taco Tuesday special ROCKS! The female bartender that worked the rooftop on July 28th went the extra mile by personally going downstairs to check if the chips were gluten free. AND THEY WERE :)
The hotel is definitely one of the trendiest places to stay in South Beach while under the HYATT logo, with practically everything within walking distance, including restaurants, shopping, nightlife, and the beach. We also appreciated the complimentary beach chairs, which made our beach days even better. A thoughtful touch was the umbrella provided in the room, which came in handy during the wet season. Highly recommend Dream South Beach for anyone looking for a fun, stylish, and convenient stay!

The front desk staff made check-in seamless, and the entire team went out of their way to make it truly memorable with thoughtful, personal touches.

The hotel itself offers a fantastic boutique vibe right in the heart of South Beach—perfectly located, stylish, and beautifully kept. But what really sets this place apart is the genuine warmth and dedication of the staff.

If you are looking for top-tier service, attentiveness, and a welcoming atmosphere in South Beach, look no further. I cannot recommend Rebecca and her team highly enough, and I am already looking forward to my next visit!

Overall, the property is dated and showing its age. The rooms, particularly the bathrooms, are very small, and the view was disappointing. Additionally, the bed and pillows were uncomfortable.

While this accommodations might suffice for a single night, I would not recommend it for a longer vacation as there are better options available. I hope you will consider these points for future improvements.

Perfect location close to everything what is important in south beach.
Very welcome atmosphere created by several team members right from the beginning.
My room was clean and spacious. I didn’t have any view. Kept the curtains closed.

Great location, friendly, helpful staff, fantastic roof top pool with happy hour cocktails. Rooms clean, beds large and comfortable. Only a short walk from a city parking garage whicb offers very reasonable rates.

Great hotel, well located. The food in the Naked taco ( within the hotel) was fabulous. All staff very polite and eager to help. Special mention must be made to Nikki and Chloe in the bar area- they were so helpful .
Room was lovely, and house keeping couldn't be any better.
The only but that we found frustrating was that the elevator in public wasn't very reliable.

Modernized 1930s hotel close to ocean in south beach.
Unless you are desperate to be in south beach environment go elswhere.
Rooms small, expensive and poorly designed. Area noisy. Horrible lighting. Parking difficult and expensive.

Everybody ask Rassoul and Melody! They were awesome! So accommodating and friendly. I had a wonderful stay at Dream because of the amazing suite and hospitality.

The location was great, near the beach, and near shops. The boutique hotel was adorable and the staff Colin, Rasoul and Tessa were delightful!
