As a disabled traveller, I asked for complimentary late check out until 3pm as no facilities in the hotel for a pre flight shower. A rooftop pool etc but no shower? The manager asked for 150 dollars

Anche se la manager, molto gentile, mi ha assicurato di aver interrogato tutto il personale, stranamente nessuno si è fatto avanti ad autodenunciarsi...quello che mi dà più fastidio è che li avevo messi in fondo alla valigia, che quindi è stata frugata ben bene. Pessima esperienza
