Although the shower water got hit, the water in sink didn’t.
My friends next door air conditioning unit broke down.
My friends down the hall had bed bugs!

The breakfast exceeded my expectations! There was hot food and cold food! I really loved the eggs and sausage biscuit. It was delicious 😋

Problems got fixed and the staff was great!!
Pros:

They are in the process of a slow remodel. But easy to get to, and close to Opryland Hotel.

Cons:

It was a hot Labor Day weekend, their AC had went out in the lobby and it was very hot outside. Our room smelled like Mildew. Luckily they were able to get it fixed the next day. I know those front desk employees were very hot. They stayed so friendly and welcoming and willing to help! Helped so much that we were able to change rooms. Our 2nd night was much better!!

Luxury hotel in a decent location
Pros:

Very comfortable, clean hotel. Had bathroom and shower in my room. Decent location within walking distance of entertainment, bars, the Grand Ole Opry etc.
