Awesome experience, great customer service, nice rooms, comfortable beds, and huge breakfast
Pros:

The location was great, close enough to walk to area restaurants. The breakfast was amazing! There were lots of choices including hot food, waffles, cereal, yogurt, fruit, muffins, an entire oatmeal bar. We loved that they had coffee and hot tea available all day. The staff, especially Brittany, were great, and very accommodating to our early check in and late check out needs.

We didn't even stay it was so bad after giving them 3 tries to make it right. Switched hotels!

Cons:

We had to change hotels entirely. They put us in 3 different rooms all of which were unacceptable to stay in so we found a different hotel. They also tried to charge us a full night just for checking in!

Breakfast was ok, especially the waffles. Swimming pool was very quiet. Quiet location

Cons:

Rooms could maybe be a bit cleaner and more cups/coffee provided. Only got 2 cups with 4 people booked into the room.

Missing the Marriot Touch
Pros:

Brittany the check in agent was wonderful. Breakfast was good.

Cons:

Room smells musty. Comparable to Marriot locations it didn't meet the mark.

Ok. Could have been worse, but I need a shower after staying there.

Good place to stay in Opryland
Pros:

The staff were friendly, the beds were comfortable, the room air-condition created a musty smell was the only downfall. The place was spotless and the breakfast very good

Cons:

Air conditioner created musty smell and we prefer a shower rather than a bathtub.
