THE KING SUITE WAS LAYED OUT LIKE A MAZE OR AN ADDITION TO THE HOTEL, WAS VERY UNCOMFORTABLE, HAND TOWELS AND CLOTHS WERE STAINED THE FIRST DAY, NO TRASH BAGS FOR THE TRASH CANS AT ALL, AND THE RECEPTACLE AVAILABLITY IN THE ENTIRE ROOM WAS TERRIBLE! A LAMP WITH RECEPTACLES IN IT ON THE DESK WAS ABOUT ALL THE ACCESS WE HAD TO USE. THE OTHER WAS AN EXTENTION CORD TO THE TV BEHIND THE DRESSER AND FINNALLY FOUND OONE BEHIND A CHAIR. ONLY ONE OF TWO WINDOWS WERE ABLE TO BE SEEN OUT OF THE OTHER WAS FROSTED OVER (PURPOSLEY). OUTSIDE FRONT ENTRANCE DOOR, THERE WERE TRASH DEBRIS ALL OVER THE GROUND AND ALWAYS TRASH OVERFLOWING THE TRASH CAN. OVERALL, THE STAFF WAS WONDERFUL AND FRIENDLY, THE PROPERTY, COULD USE UPDATES AND WORK.

Nice, clean, great location and great staff.
Pros:

Brittany checked us in and she was AWESOME!! Having her at the front desk made our stay start off on the right foot. Also the guy that was doing breakfast was nice and polite.

Cons:

Please advertise that even though the pool is an indoor pool it isn't heated. We chose this hotel and paid more than other hotels so my granddaughter could enjoy the pool and come to find out that it wasn't heated.
