The room was clean and well maintained. The size of the room is big and it has nice view from the patio. The location of the resort is excellent and nearby to many resturant, stores... etc
What made our stay even better, the front desk employee "Juan Rodriguez". He was very nice and supportive. Our stay reached perfection level because of him.

QUIERES TENER UNA EXCELENTE ESTADÍA EN MIAMI, NO LO DUDES NI POR UN SEGUNDO, MARRIOTT’S VILLAS AT DORAL
Pros:

Aparte de todas las preguntas para evaluación de establecimiento fue el trato del personal, todos solícitos, amables, preocupados por que el huésped esté comodo durante toda su estadia.
Toda solicitud era resuelta a diferencia de otros hoteles donde la respuesta más común es “aquí no se puede”. En Marriott’s Villas at Doral TODO TIENE SOLUCIÓN.
En definitiva una gran opción.

Great location shame about the car parking costs and not being able to use the pool facilities often

Great location, nice size apartment which was well equipped for self catering. Nice pool

Cons:

Extortionate to park $32 a day no discount for residents of the resort like most other locations. Wifi was about 80% reliable. Kept getting calls from reception trying to upsell time share or repeat stays. Unfortunately the pool was closed
more times than it was open during our stay. Quite some time after thunderstorms had passed which was frustrating

It is NOT a good experience to stay at a hotel were your room is located at the building at which the roof is being reno

The location It is convenient for our trip. We always try to stay at the same location when we travel to Miami.

Cons:

It was under construction and we were not told when the reservation mas made. Also, since the hotel mas booked, our room was exactly on the building in which the roof was being renovated. The noise started very early in the morning. I asked for another room in another building. They could not make the change. They gave us a discount for the inconvenience, but it did not change the fact that it was very uncomfortable walking around construction equipment and debris and moving our car from place to another since the space in front of our building was blocked. The staff was kind and trying to be very helpful, but couldn’t do much.

The dress was beautiful but the fit wasn't great.
Pros:

The amenities was great. The beds were very comfortable. I only spent one night, but the facilities left a great impression on my family.

Cons:

The things I didn't like came more from my expectations that the reality of what is being offered. I booked in a midnight with 6 sets of suitcases, and there is no bell service. Tired from the airport and hungry walking to the 7 building om the property with all those suotcases wasnt fun.

Check out is at 10am and not 12noon. Which was listed there. But I initially took for granted that I would checkout at 12noon. So after falling asleep after 2am and having to book out by 10am as they could not accommodate a later bookout was torturous.

Hence, none of it was the Marriots fault it was my expectations.

I paid $411, my friends paid $285 for the same suit on bookings.com. on the same night.
