The apartment comfortably accommodates a family of seven, with two spacious bedrooms and a sofa bed in the living room. The property is located some distance from the beach; however, this was not an issue for us, as being close to the beach was not one of our priorities.

Cons:

The main drawback was the check-in and check-out schedule, with check-in at 4:00 PM and check-out at 10:00 AM. Fortunately, after speaking with the front desk staff, we were able to arrange a late check-out until 11:00 AM, which was greatly appreciated.

Very happy with our stay. Easy to drop off people at airport and drive downtown.

Constant banging and construction throughout our ENTIRE stay. Then we were “notified” that staff would enter our villa at any time either Thursday or Friday. A note was places on on our door but blew away, we saw a piece of paper on the ground and decided to pick it up. This is how we found out This was very unsettling and impacted our stay due to hiring a masseuse for our anniversary. We didn't want to be interrupted. They ended up coming on Friday, so we spent the entire Thursday anticipating them and rescheduled. Only to barely be able to enjoy our massages due to the constant banging from the roof repair. Parking is $32.10 per day. I stayed at this property 6 months ago and parking was $21. You will spend thousands but you won't relax and will be called a dozen times to sell to you. Please avoid this property at all costs. Booking.com needs to remove this place.
