Rooms were small, expensive and washrooms were never cleaned. No parking on site. Trying to upsell.

Rooms were small, expensive and washrooms were never cleaned. Asked receptionist few times on parking and was told there is space for only 3 cars and she will let us know if there is any space, and no information was communicated. Review is honest and do not appreciate the attacking response from hotel management

Localisation idéale, bon équipement. Personnel accueillant
Pros:

La localisation à 5min à pied de la gare routière qui permet facilement de se déplacer sur l'ensemble de l’île est vraiment le plus gros atout.
La jacuzzi privatif était chauffer et nettoyer tous les jours.
Petit déjeuner bien fournis.
Personnel souriant et accueillant.
Facilite pour garder les bagages le dernier jour et vous pouvez encore profiter de la grand piscine même si vous avez rendu votre logement.

Cons:

Il n’y a pas de vue spectaculaire mais on ne peut pas tout avoir. Les vues à coupé le souffle se font à pied.

Pros:

We stayed at the hotel for about a week, and the service was absolutely wonderful from start to finish. The reception team, customer service, housekeeping, breakfast, and the entire breakfast team were all amazing and very professional.

Everything was well taken care of, and the staff were always friendly, helpful, and welcoming.

I highly recommend this hotel and would definitely stay here again.

Hôtel bien situé pour découvrir Fira à pied, mais à éviter si vous êtes en voiture !
Pros:

Le petit déjeuner était diversifié, la chambre était très propre. Le personnel agréable. Serviettes et bouteilles d'eau mis à disposition tous les jours.

Le coin piscine et bar est top !

Cons:

Le gros bémol de l'hôtel est l'absence de parking réservé à la clientèle de l'hôtel. UNE HORREUR POUR SE GARER !! ne prenez pas cet hôtel si vous êtes en voiture sur Santorin, il est parfaitement bien situé pour faire Fira à pied car en plein centre, mais du coup très peu de place pour se garer aux alentours malgré un grand parking à 400m qui est souvent plein. Nous avons is plus de 1h pour trouver une place un soir pour rentrer se coucher !! au vu du prix, c'est inadmissible !

et petite déception de la réceptionniste à l'arrivée qui parlait très très vite anglais sans faire l'effort de ralentir pour que l'on comprenne correctement ce qu'elle disait ... pas très professionnel, mais qui n'enlève pas sa gentillesse pour autant.

Great place to stay!
Pros:

Stayed at Kalisti Hotel & Suites with my family of 4, in laws, their friends, and brother in laws' family of 4. It was a last minute booking, so we were grateful they could accommodate us at a reasonable price.

Our room was spacious with comfortable bed and linens. Air conditioning worked well in the summer heat. Bathroom and floors were clean. Breakfast had a lovely variety of food and beverages. The timing was great for people who don't get up very early. Location was excellent with a very short walk to shops and restaurants. Having the supermarket across the street with extra convenient.

Compliments to the reception staff, Aneta and Vasiliki! They were so warm and friendly with great personalities. They were keen to help, provided helpful tourist information, and graciously made accommodations for the elderly in our group.

Cons:

The internet connection downstairs wasn't very strong, especially once you went into the rooms. We had to stay in the lobby on some occasions to get work done.

Comfortable and clean
Pros:

So close to Fira town and supermarket and pharmacy was right in front of the hotel so it was very convenient if you needed something asap. The staff is so helpful! Breakfast had a lot of variety and it was very tasty. Also, hotel is close to bus station so you can travel easily to other parts of the island. The room was comfortable and the balcony was a big plus!

Cons:

The minor thing was the shower, it did not have door so water would pour to the floor.

Cons:

L'accoglienza un po' sterile, l'impossibilitá di fare colazione all'esterno - ed è un peccato vista la bellezza del pool bar - e il fatto che la struttura seppur nuovissima e curata non richiami in alcun modo lo spirito e l'atmosfera greca dell'isola.

Φιλικός καθαρός χώρος με πολύ καλή σχέση ποιότητας-τιμής .

Φιλόξενος χώρος σε μια εξαιρετική τοποθεσία. Το προσωπικό σε όλα τα πόστα του καταλύματος ήταν κάτι περισσότερο από τέλεια , όλοι τοθς! Το μπαρ της πισίνας το προσωπικό της reception το προσωπικό του πρωινού το προσωπικό καθαριότητας των δωματίων ήταν πραγματικά το κάτι άλλο. Κανονίζουμε ήδη τις επόμενες διακοπές μας για το επόμενο καλοκαίρι στο ίδιο σημείο . Τα παιδιά μας χάρηκαν και αισθάνθηκαν πολύ όμορφα .

Cons:

Όλα ήταν πολύ όμορφα . Ισως να βελτιωθεί το internet γιατί δεν δούλευε σχεδόν καθόλου ….βεβαια αυτό δεν το λες και κακό. Λίγο αποτοξίνωση καλό δεν κάνει .
