Enjoyed our first trip to Greece
Pros:

Breakfast was adequate, would off like sitting outside by pool. Felt breakfast room was dated and enclosed

Cons:

What I expected. Wish I’d held off to book, my son booked 2 weeks before going got it $1000 cheaper. I’ll learn to book later. Wish sister/partner could off been there but appreciated that hotel were happy to give her refund due to her circumstances

I would suggest getting a different one so
Pros:

The hotel itself is nice, and the ladies at the front desk were always kind and helpful. However, my experience with the owner was extremely negative, and I feel it’s important for future guests to be aware of what happened.

Cons:

My experience at this property was extremely upsetting and nothing like what I expected when I booked. I reserved two rooms for three nights, paying $2,438 in total. One of the rooms — the one-bedroom suite for two adults and two children — cost around $1,100 alone when I booked it. This was the room we specifically wanted.

However, as soon as we landed, I received a message saying that the room would not be available until later that night. This was last‑minute notice, but I agreed to wait for the room we had paid for. In the meantime, they placed us in a very small temporary room.

When we returned from dinner, we were told the room still wasn’t ready and wouldn’t be available until the next day. I asked politely for a similar room or an upgrade, since the temporary room was cramped and uncomfortable, but they claimed they had no other options. The next morning, they told us the room would be ready at 5 PM. We returned at that time, only to be told again that it would not be ready.

At this point, the hotel was nearly empty, so I asked how it was possible that no rooms were available. The front desk said they would contact the owner. When I asked to speak with him directly, they told me he was not on the property.

After speaking with him, the staff offered us a cabana room — smaller and without the jacuzzi we originally booked — but at least more spacious than the temporary room. I accepted it. Then they brought me a letter to sign stating that I would give them a 10/10 review on Booking.com in exchange for the room and for waiving the cost of a bottle of Moscato I had ordered. I refused. It was unprofessional and completely inappropriate.

The next morning, the owner approached me in a confrontational and aggressive manner. He repeatedly spoke over me and accused me of “threatening” to leave a bad review, which never happened. All I had said to the staff was that I didn’t feel comfortable giving a perfect score because of the issues we experienced.

Pros:

Location to main buss stop is great. Pool and hot tub is really nice. Room was facing over the east so beautiful sunrise. Unfortunately no sunset. Hotel kept realky clean and in nice condition.

Cons:

No wifi - told staff 3 times and still not working
The shower area gets very messy as open plan. Water ends up everywhere over the toilet ect. Small rooms

Een prima hotel, met zeer aardig personeel, goede hygiene en een heerlijk ontbijt.
Pros:

Het personeel was zeer vriendelijk en behulpzaam. Het ontbijt was keurig verzorgd. Het zwembad met de bedjes en een prima bar is goed bevallen. Ook het eten bij het zwembad was lekker.
