Absolutely great, would recommend staying here.
Pros:

Location fantastic (very central), clean, staff friendly and helpful, nice vibe.

Cons:

Lack of shade for loungers at pool, family room slightly cramped - not a lot of floor space - with 4 of us in it (although we had quite a lot of stuff!).

Freundliches Personal und super Lage um Fira zu Fuss zu erkunden.
Pros:

Die Lage des Hotels ist super. Es ist ein familiengeführter Betrieb und das Personal ist sehr freundlich. Als mit der Reservation eines Autos etwas nicht geklappt hat, hat sich der Manager mit eine Teller Früchte und einer Flasche Wein revanchiert. Der Poolbereich ist sehr schön und die Snacks im Restaurant sehr lecker.

Cons:

Das WLAN ist unbrauchbar und hatte immer wieder Aussetzer. Es wurde versucht das mit einem Repeater zu verbessern, aber es brachte leider nichts. Die Zimmer sind etwas klein. Wir hatten eine Open Plan Suite mit angeblich 30m2. Es kam uns aber wesentlich kleiner vor. Die Atmosphäre im Frühstückraum war wie in einer Kantine.
Der Parkplatz in der Nähe ist meist komplett überfüllt (wir waren im Juli).

Pros:

We stayed here in May and had such a lovely experience. The location was perfect! We didn't need to take a taxi at all while we were in Fira because everything was within easy walking distance. The main bus station was also only about a 3 minute walk away, which made getting around the island really convenient.

The breakfast was amazing, with a great selection!
And the people who work here was so kind, welcoming, and always ready to help with anything we needed. They really made us feel at home!

We really enjoyed our stay and would definitely stay here again<3

Cons:

The only small downside was that toilet paper couldn't be flushed and had to be thrown in the bin. However, this is currently an issue across Santorini and not something specific to this hotel.

Disappointing
Pros:

Food at breakfast was good.
Location was excellent, particularly as the best way to travel around the island is by bus.
The pools were large and there was always good availability of loungers.
Would be a good hotel to stay at if you were planning to party and stay out late every night.

Cons:

No soundproofing - we were awake until 23:30/midnight most evenings as the room next door showered at 23:30 every day and from our room you could hear every word said by people in the courtyard.
The manager was very rude and as a consequence the attitudes and communication of most staff was quite poor. Rather than ensure the hotel is well-resourced, you are made to ration your use of amenities such as pool towels, shower gel etc.. Breakfast is slow to be restocked when busy.
This is one of the most disappointing hotels I have stayed at in a long time.

We will be back…
Pros:

The property is located a two minute walk from the night life…perfect! It was exceptionally clean….so important! Our hot tub was impeccable. The staff were very accommodating and pleasant at all times…from the lady cleaning our room to the front desk ladies (3of them) to Richard in the evening.
