Chambre froide, pas comme sur les photos, aucune isolation on entendait tout se qui se passait dans les couloirs pas de clim gérant de hôtel super intrusifs avec des avances inapproprié

Amazing place to stay right in the heart of the city
Pros:

room, staff, location were super awesome. the property is amazing with spacious room and bathroom with a balcony and walkable from Fira bus station.

Cons:

Breakfast had a wide variety of options, however the taste could be improved. Like the omlettes were sliced really small, not sure what was the intent., Juices were canned and not fresh fruit, rest all was fine.

Très bel hotel, chambre très confortable. Petit déjeuner parfait, choix, qualité. Le personnel de la réception est très agréable, disponible et bienveillant. Nous n'avons pas pu profiter des piscines (trop tôt dans la saison, il ne faisait pas assez chaud)

Pros:

L'emplacement de l'hôtel, proche de la gare et du musée (2/3min a pied), des boutiques et des restaurants, pas loin pour voir la caldeira.
Petit déjeuner varié, jaccuzi disponible, chambre propre chaque jour, l'hôtel met a disposition lit pour bébé, des serviettes, une machine à café avec des capsules, du thé...
Personnel top, disponible et à l'écoute.

Manque des tiroirs par exemple le rangement des vêtements.

Une bouilloire et des sachets d'infusion, de thé et de café a disposition dans la chambre.

Pros:

L’hôtel est situés à proximité des commerces, du centre ville et des arrêts de bus. Très pratique pour les déplacements.

Cons:

Le personnel tellement accueillant, le manager, tellement chaleureux, qui prends toujours le temps de saluer tous le monde lors du déjeuner, n’hésite pas à mettre la main dans la patte pour aider son personnels. Merci beaucoup encore et encore pour le séjour.
