Excellent facilities and amenities, great location, and outstanding front desk support.
Pros:

The room was above our expectations. Good space, excellent facilities, and the most incredible view over Stockholm and the water. Access to the old town and most attractions, was an easy walk. Best of all was the service. From check-in, to care during our stay, with excellent restaurant recommendations, we were extremely impressed with the warm professionalim of the front desk team members. We inadertently left behind some personal items. The front desk team jumped through hoops and offered support over and above the norm to make sure that my parcel found its way to me across international borders. All of this done with real warmth. I am grateful for what they did, and impressed with their extraordinary sense of hospitality service.
