Pros:

Bokat executive rum. Bekvämt välutrustat rum med härlig utsikt.
Kvälls buffen i executive loungen trevlig med lite smått och gott att äta/dricka.

Vänligt bemötande under hela vistelsen.

Cons:

Synd att kontinetala frukosten borttagen i loungen.
Börjar bli lite slitet-
För oss lite äldre är det allt svårare att försöka kravla sig i badkaret. Separat dusch vore önskvärt

bel emplacement petit dejeuner au top personnel tres accueillant parking avec acces direct dans l hotel

ayant fait des reservations par jour il fallait le matin repasser au desk pour faire reinitialiser nos cartes d acces

Biggest mistake I did that I booked Hilton. Not worth the money.
Pros:

Not worth the Value

Cons:

You pay for luxury but u don’t find it. No amenities in the room, no slippers, nothing on the bar. No glutenfree breads in the breakfast. No service in the restaurant and you have to wait long then they forget you ordered a food.

Pros:

Vi var väldigt nöjda - bra placering, kunde snabbt checka in. Var nöjda med middag och frukosten. Rummet var välstädat och vi kunde hitta allt som vi behövde.

Frukosten var helt okej, men inte märkvärdigare än på tex Scandic.

Cons:

Jag vill kunna prata svenska om jag bor på ett hotell i Sverige, särskilt i den prisklassen. Personalen i receptionen var inte särskilt trevliga. Badrummet var snyggt men opraktiskt. Svårt att komma i och ur badkaret, vägspegeln och handfatet var placerade så att det inte gick att använda spegeln. Den lilla vägfasta sminkspegeln satt alldeles för högt upp för att jag skulle kunna använda den. Jag hade ett relativit stort rum, men det kändes lite kalt. Kunde ha varit trevligare möblerat med en sittgrupp tex.

Leider wurden zwei Taxifahrten zum Hotel uns berechnet. Wir brauchten ja natürlich nur eine. Leider haben wir uns vergeblich bemüht Geld für die nicht genutzte Taxifahrt zurückzubekommen!Warten immer noch auf eine Erstattung!
