It has a great name, but a low standard. Room full of scuffs and absolutely no extras like slippers,

Cons:

At arrival at around 11 pm, the hotel could not find our booking. Took nearly an hour for them to finde sa room and charge again telling us to sort it out with booking. Com. Had a pleasant conversation with Vanessa at booking .com who resolved and refunded us within an hour. Still not what you want to deal with at that time a night. However, Vanessa was great.

Trevligt hotell, bra läge i förhållande till restauranger och de aktiviteter vi skulle gå på.

Cons:

Jag vaknade på söndagmorgon av ett droppande ljud. Det visade sig att det droppade någonting från rummet ovanför vårt badrum. Det var väldigt blött i badrummet. Jag sa till i receptionen och de ordnade så att vi fick byta till rummet mittemot, dessutom fick vi stanna lite längre innan vi skulle checka ut. Det tyckte vi var väldigt bra ordnat.

Great hotel conveniently located
Pros:

This hotel is situated in a great location for Gamla Stan. If you get the bus from the airport, it’s a 30 min walk or 10 min taxi ride. At check in, I was met with a really pleasant guy who went out of his way to make me feel welcome as a diamond member and informed me that I had been upgraded. The room was very nice and had a great view over to the old town. The Executive Lounge was very cosy but prone to getting busy. The staff were generally good there and kept drinks at the self service bar refilled. The hotel bar was ok but the staff on the night I went there were more interested in chatting up women sitting at the bar than they were doing table service! Overall a good stay and I would return again.

A very pleasant place to stay in Stockholm’s Söder especially if you pay for a view
Pros:

Great view from my room for a small supplement, old style marble grandeur in the bathrooms, comfortable bed, wonderful breakfast where you could make yourself waffles and choose the ingredients for your omelettes were three of the highlights.

Cons:

A disappointment was there was no barista coffee or oatmilk / and it was hard to locate lactose free yoghurt at breakfast. The aircon was a bit too cold. (But the duvets warm enough.) There was also a problem with one of the lifts. Still I would happily return assuming they have fixed the lift :)
