Pleasant bare bones stay
Pros:

The property was convenient and fine for the price. It has a pool and offers a glass of wine or beer to guests on checkin.

Cons:

The towels were not clean. The room did not have rugs. The concrete floors were bare. Breakfast consists of oatmeal which many people do not enjoy or some toast with peanut butter and jelly or pop tarts.

Wow and Wow! Great stay!
Pros:

Clean room and a great shower! Oatmeal breakfast bar was unique and delicious. Pool is warm and welcoming. The art everywhere is amazing! And it has video games and, best of all, 3 pinball games. Music several nights a week and a wonderful staff. Truly a unique stay.

Cons:

Not enough lighting in the room.

We will stay at this place everytime we come here. Check out all the murals, the names and meanings of each room, and al
Pros:

Everything. This place was fantastic. The rooms were so clean and creative. Nice big tv, fun art on the walls that you can purchase, super comfortable beds, and literally the best water pressure I’ve ever felt in my life.
Tons of parking just steps from your room, and a code to get into your room so no need to keep track of a key!

Books provided, as well as chalk for the back of the door, and an incredible welcoming clipboard with so much information about the hotel, history of Tucson, full menu for the lobby and bar, and great places to go during your stay!! The property was beautiful, and the artwork was incredible. Heated pool, ping pong, video games inside, bar area with food, arcade games, 24 hr gym, pinball room, etc.

Our room had a nice kitchen with all utensils, dishes, sink, microwave, nice size fridge and even little stovetop warmers to cook your own food!!

Free drink chip upon arrival, huge oatmeal buffet for breakfast, pool and front bar open later than most hotels, a vending machine to bring home Tuscon souvenirs, and neat items in the lobby for gifts as well.

We walked around for hours looking at all of the different art, murals and facts about the area. The support of local artisans and the chill vibe of the place was so unique.

The view of the mountains and dessert surrounded you, and it was great location to get to the dessert on one side, or to local gem shows and downtown area in the other direction!!

Cons:

Only thing was how loud it was when people closed their doors, and the noise from the highway, but we just turned the ac unit on high and slept just fine! The entire property is non-smoking, so you have to walk out to the main road if you are a smoker—but really didn’t bother me because I respect the vibe and not smoking around other people’s rooms and everything.

Great place
Pros:

The design was very nice. I really liked the breakfast and the fact that the pool worked until later so that after a walk in Saguaro national park could enjoy it.

I felt safe at Hotel McCoy and well cared for as a guest. I loved the retro design!
Pros:

The bed was really comfortable. The room was clean. I loved the art. The table was perfect for laptop work. I left my phone charger at the book festival in my booth, and your manager kindly lent me another one for the evening. The staff was so friendly, helpful and efficient. I appreciated that they let me leave my car in the lot so I could catch a Lyft to the festival instead.

Cons:

I thought I would be able to get a full meal at the bar that was fresh. So that was a surprise. But the wine was good, and the microwaved tamale was decent. I'll admit I was starving after a full day with no food at the festival because I didn't want to leave my table. I forgot and left my food and water bag in my room. So by the time I got back to Hotel McCoy, I was dehydrated and in need of a meal. The Snickers ice cream bar in the lobby cooler was a quick hit!
