They advertise breakfast and bar, but breakfast is only available Wednesday thru Sunday, and bar is only open Tuesday through Saturday.
The pool was very cold even tho it was an indoor pool.

Clean, Comfortable and Reliable
Pros:

The location is convenient to both access to the interstate, and access to food and services in Westerville. Easy to get to downtown area of Westerville

Additionally, we always travel with our small dog, and we really like the FREE pet-friendly policy!

Cons:

Breakfast "format" is uninteresting and, frankly, not good. We would prefer a FREE breakfast buffet format, even if it were limited to continental breakfast items. And, the coffee wasn't ready at 7:30AM. The breakfast seems to be an afterthought, and it didn't look like many guests were interested.

Additionally, the front desk staff seemed uninterested ... they were polite, but not particularly friendly or welcoming. We've stayed at Aloft Westerville MANY times, and the staff used to be quite friendly and engaging.

Water only went hot, food was crappy & over priced. One light switched on all the rooms. And we were right by a door that opened and closed 45 times all night long!
