Cons:

Room was comfortable.
But AC could not be controlled by the thermostat and we had to put towels on the AC to prevent the room from being cold. Breakfast is late start at 7 am. If you’re an early traveler,it’s not good.

5 star stay for the price
Pros:

Very clean and comfortable. Very good breakfast. Rooms are very clean, spacious and comfortable.

Cons:

No complaints. However the bathroom door lock was not working. There was no exhaust fan in the bathroom which was a bit odd. The water flow in the commode flush was low. Need 2-3 times flushing.

Malfunctioning fire suspension system with zero help or consideration from the hotel, definitely wouldn’t recommend if y

It was clean and location was good

Cons:

The fact I didn’t get any sleep due to our rooms fire alarms having a malfunction and not once did they even offer to move us. For 2 days I dealt with the alarms going off and on all night long while attempting to sleep. After evacuating the coast because of the hurricane and trying to make the most out of our vacation by visiting Chattanooga on our way home, it ended up being even more stressful and with what we dealt with would have rather stayed on the coast and withstood the hurricane. I understand things malfunction but a solution rather than excuses and keeping up in the same room would have been nice. But instead we were meet with attitude as if we were disturbing the staff and told I don’t know what to do or tell you. So we ended up up leaving at 7am with no sleep and headed home instead of visiting more attractions within the city. I would love to upload the videos but only allowed photos.

Shower small and broken but staff nice
