Too soft of a bed
Room was clean. Staff was nice. location was good.
Breakfast ended at 9:00- no times posted. We missed it. It was very noisy in the halls all night long. Not sure if they had handicap people in, but that is what it sounded time. No rest.
Very clean rooms; comfy bed, clean carpets & bathroom. Friendly staff . Free breakfast .
TVs in the room were laggy . The free channels worked fine but trying to get the streaming apps to run was a struggle, they open and just spin/lag .
Very nice hotel with good complementary breakfast. Nice room with nice, clean bathroom. Complementary body wash and shampoo in pump dispensers in the shower. Comfortable beds. Workout room with several treadmills. 24/7 free coffee and creamers.
Can't think of anything. My go-to hotel in the East Ridge area.
Unfortunately the hotel is in the middle of a remodel and the paint smell was very strong
Right off highway, safe, clean, staff friendly and helpful.

Only concern. Booked on Book.com. Price was too high $175.00 (with tax $204.00) didn’t realize other site was less expensive 103.00 for same room.
Dogs were allowed. And a grassy area with poopy bags.

I come here all the time on my way to Ohio from Florida. It’s nice every time. It’s convenient. It’s right off the highway but quiet. Breakfasts are good. Staff is very friendly, kind, & considerate. I’ve been coming here for several years.
The room was relatively clean and bed was comfortable. It seems they're going through renovations and some repairs are still needed inside and outside the rooms.
The hotel doesn't have sufficient parking for their guess. Customer service representatives are not welcoming, neither friendly. Friendliness and smiley faces are always positive and makes you feel welcome. They need to improve their customer service and teach their employees to treat everyone with fairness and respect.
Needs Reno’s baby in the halls .. wallpaper peeling and carpet is pretty grungy
Front desk girl was awful …. Rude , no info given such as free breakfast and where to find it , just miserable actually
