Good hotel, would stay here again just because the beds and pillows are inordinately comfortable.
Pros:

I was pleasantly surprised by the comfortability of the bed and especially pilllows. Pillows that actually support your head instead of wrapping around your face and head going down to the mattress. I also liked the convenience of breakfast for a few snacks and multiple drink choices before getting on the road.

Cons:

Facility was being remodeled and common areas/ hallways near room entries were in progress. However, the inside of the room was clean, and everything was functional.

Right next to interstate, handy for travelers. Pet-friendly and clean.
Pros:

We asked for a room on the ground floor and near an exit. Both were accommodated. Natalie at the desk was super nice and helpful during check in.

Cons:

The hotel is evidently going through a bit of a remodel. Most everything was fine, but there was some mold in our shower. Other than that, everything was very satisfactory.

Pros:

Convenient right off I75

Cons:

Pool was not open, mattresses were piled up in pool area. Wallpaper in halls was peeling and the caulk looked awful in the shower. Definitely not worth what we paid for the night.

Relaxing and comfortable
Pros:

Location was easy to find just off interstate. Breakfast was good overall. Pet friendly place. Room was clean and modern.

Hallways are in rough shape. Wallpaper is loose.

I do not plan on staying here again due to customer service and hotel mishaps.

The staff was not welcoming at all, and my bathroom door did not lock and I was frequently questioned about the duration of my stay

Place is under construction; will be a great place to stay in a month or so.

room was clean and in great shape. The hotel is moving in the correct direction with the renovations that were underway

Cons:

Was sold a suite room that we were unable to use. At check in we were provided key to room to only discover the entire floor and almost all rooms were under construction and being panted. Our supposed room was locked from the inside. They were unable to get into this room and offered us a lesser room on another floor. That room was nice. The hallway had not been renovated. This would have gone better if at check in we were informed that the floor our reserved room was on was under construction (with paint fumes) and right away offer to get us a better room location (even if not same room type).

Okay but probably not staying here again
Pros:

Breakfast was good and very convenient to the interstate.

Cons:

We’ve stayed here several times but this stay we were disappointed. They are doing renovations and the room just didn’t seem as clean. The floor seemed dirty, didn’t want to walk on it in our bare feet. The furniture surfaces could use a thorough wiping. The bathroom was clean enough but night stands, desk and dresser not so much. I think we’ll look for new lodging when we next pass through this area.
