room turn on light and ROACHES everywhere

No service and lot of cockroaches,so na

the staff was very helpful my young son and i traveled by train from los angeles the helped out and made it very convenient i would definitely stay again the amenities in the room are great

Legoland close. One of the dirtiest places I've ever stayed.

I made a last minute booking and I should have known better. This place overall looks promising when you see pictures, but the reality of the property is sad. We checked in, 4 people, after a long day at Legoland. Looking forward to taking showers but there was only 3 towels and 1 wash clothe. we called and requested more and we were told that they had just ran a load of towels and were waiting for them to dry. WHAT?!?! A hotel without towels?!? So we waited a bit and got nothing so we gave up and fell asleep, but not before we noticed bugs IN the fridge! Crawling around the kitchen and bathroom were roaches. There was also mildew or mold on the walls in the bathroom and tiles in the shower. I realize now that this was an extended stay hotel and most guests are probably used to these conditions. Sadly my kids were totally grossed out. I felt bad but didn’t have very many other options so we just dealt with it but boy did I learn a lesson…always take the time to look at reviews and do my homework on hotels.

It was so gross, carpet was nasty and wet and damp and it stunk so bad.
The smell of mold everywhere. The bed sheets made me itchy.
The curtains were torn, the AC did not work!

I call three days prior to my reservation asked if they had a Tesla or EV charging station onsite & the front desk rep made it clear they had one. Once I arrived there was no station, needed to google for one which is 10mins away. If I was directed or told differently I wouldn’t have booked here. Once I got to the Tesla charging station there was a hotel right in front walking distance looked cleaner. I reserved a non smoking room once I got into the hotel it recked of cigarette I have two children which are asthmatic and this ruined our stay all other rooms where booked so we had no choice but to stay. I called the other hotel since we are not obligated to have stayed there. But they were completely booked, I also requested towels and new bedding Friday night and they didn’t get there until we were ending our stay on Saturday. The couch was dirty and smelly the bed felt wet.

Pool was not open gym was not open I did not see vending machines one towel no soap to do dishes

So dirty, there was bugs in the room

waiting in the lobby for ten minutes. it’s like a dead place

We couldn’t stay! The room was terrible dirty full of bugs like spiders, couches, bedbugs and more.

Is incredible, that you offer this kind of rooms and hotels.

I checked in and an hour later i had to leave first they gave me a room with a broken A/C so they gave me another room i was only there 30 minutes when a had to leave the room was full of bugs the worse experience ever

When I first arrived I was thrilled! The hotel had a beautiful interior and an older vibe to it. When I was given my room I was on the second floor and all the way to the end of the hall. That was a bit frustrating because I had a young child with me and so naturally I had a stroller. There was not an elevator on my end of the hall, Only had stairs
Full kitchen was a plus
Bed was worn and dented gave me a bad kink in my neck and hurt my back.
The first night I stayed there was an alive cockroach in the room. There were spider webs in the room as well as spiders in them there were splashes of something all over the walls. The bathtub had calcifications all over the drain and there was rust or something stuck inside the paint that had chipped away inside the bath tub. This was very frustrating because I bathe my child. There was also a very precariously positioned vent in the shower that made me quite uncomfortable.
I was too tired my first night there to bother with anything in the kitchen but my second night I decided to cook. There was no dish soap to wash the dishes no was it sponge. When I looked for all the provisions to cook with and plate up I found there was no silverware a dirty pan and the dishwasher had dirty dishes. The second night I found a much smaller cockroach after cooking running around on the kitchen counter. The entire time I was there the AC did not work which forced me to open a window that had no screen and allow the possibility of mosquitos. hav pics

Had a great time here. Beach is down the street. Bars and food very close by. Shopping across the street. Staff was great.

Ibalready posted a review this morning - I left early; it was so bad. Roaches in the kitchen and bathroom, and the fridge was so loud! And a dog barking in the room next door! I did NOT sleep well. I literally had to keep the lights on so that the roaches would stay back! OMG - I had to put my clothes bag in the fridge so roaches wouldnt get into my stuff! I had checked in late, then had to leave for an event and came back late and found all this above. Uggh! I will NEVER come back and I WANT A REFUND! SO DISAPPOINTED!!

The room has little bugs maybe little roaches and the sofa couch. Not bedbugs. There was no soap or towels in the room.

Pool was drained. Hotel did not look like the pictures advertised.

Pool empty for 2 years along with broken jaquzzie
