Tout s’est bien passé
Pros:

L’emplacement de cet hôtel est idéal, à deux pas de la gare, ce qui le rend très pratique. Nous avons particulièrement apprécié la possibilité de laisser nos bagages gratuitement dès notre arrivée, ainsi qu’après avoir libéré la chambre, un vrai plus !

Notre chambre disposait également d’une terrasse, ce qui était très agréable.

À noter également qu’il y a un petit coin agréable à l’accueil pour s’asseoir et se servir gratuitement en thé et café, ce qui est appréciable.

Cons:

L’ascenseur était malheureusement en panne lors de notre séjour, nous avons donc dû monter 6 étages par des escaliers assez étroits et peu sécurisés, ce qui peut être un peu contraignant, notamment pour certaines personnes.

Par ailleurs, la signalisation des chambres pourrait être améliorée. Nous avons mis plus de 10 minutes à chercher la nôtre à notre arrivée.

Enfin, nous avons remarqué une tache sur le drap, même si celui-ci était propre, cela reste peu agréable.

Lovely stay in the heart of Amsterdam
Pros:

Room was clean and spacious
Location was fantastic, 7 minutes from Centraal in the heart of Amsterdam so easy to get around
No breakfast however complimentary coffee and krentenbollen, delicious
Staff were very friendly, helpful and lovely to chat with

Otel çok merkezi bir konumda Amsterdam centraal ve Dam meydanına çok yakın.Çok dar bir kapıdan giriliyor.

Odalar cidden çok küçük.Odama girilmesini istemediğim halde girilmesine de bir anlam veremedim.

Ideal para pasar un fin de semana
Pros:

La ubicación es lo mejor de todo, esta entre la Plaza Dam y la estación de tren. Tienen a tu disposición bollitos de pasas, café e infusiones para los huéspedes durante todo el día en recepción. Las camas son muy cómodas y las sábanas estaban limpias. Las toallas estaban muy bien también. Las cortinas cerraban bien, dejando la habitación a oscuras y pese a estar en una calle principal y en la 1ª planta no había ruido

Cons:

La recepción y la entrada es casi inexistente. No tiene baño en la planta baja. La habitación familiar (4 pax) que nos dieron era muy muy estrecha, para estar con las maletas abiertas y moverse 4 personas es complicado. La ducha no estaba cerrada al resto del baño y se salpicaba todo.

Soggiorno nel cuore della città
Pros:

L'hotel si trova in un'ottima posizione, che ci ha permesso di girare la città a piedi. Stanza pulita e letto comodo. Inoltre il personale cordiale e disponibile.

Cons:

Da migliorare il silenzio nei corridoi, spesso siamo stati svegliati da vociare o da porte che sbattevano. Peccato, tuttavia non ha rovinato il nostro soggiorno.

If you want a central hotel that is small and clean then this is fine.

Cons:

Rooms not as shown on website, very small with limited facilities and bathroom too small. Apart from the central location this was just a basic hotel that was not worth the money paid, it was expensive for just room only!

I choose the bear

Lovely receptionists and close to the main train station

Cons:

As a woman returning to the hotel alone at around 11:30 p.m., I found it extremely alarming to see an unknown man standing outside the entrance who then waited for me to unlock the door with my key card and followed me into the building. He was dressed in ordinary clothes and gave no indication that he was a member of staff.

At that moment, I had no way of knowing whether he was a guest, someone attempting to gain unauthorized access, or a potential threat. Any woman in that situation would be concerned.

Only after entering the building did he identify himself as a security guard. While I was relieved, I was disappointed that he then suggested my concern was somehow a judgment about him personally. My reaction had nothing to do with his appearance and everything to do with the fact that an unidentified man followed me through a secure entrance late at night.

If security staff are expected to monitor the property, they should either wear clearly identifiable uniforms or introduce themselves immediately. Guests should not be put in a position where they feel unsafe simply because staff are not readily identifiable.
