Horrible room at premium price!
Pros:

Very central and in general quirky in a good way. Except for the drapes being sticky and dusty, and generally a health hazard, it was clean. Housekeeping every day, even changing towels daily. Bathroom was quite alright.

Cons:

This was by far the worst room I’ve ever stayed in.
The first impression was horrible, a small bunker with thick heavy orange drapes. No window? It was stifling hot and humid, an AC on the wall, but no remote and I could find a control panel. Hotel was full, so no room change possible. Receptionist insisted there was a panel for the AC looking at us as ’are you stupid?’ But promising to go up and turn it on for us.
After a walk we returned to the room, no AC, still stifling. So I started to pad the drapes to try to find anything behind (no visible opening and they were too heavy and big to open up). My hands got all sticky as if they were covered in Stroopwaffel. Suddenly, at the head end of the bed behind the drapes, I found a small WINDOW! And beside it I found the AC panel! Air!
So all got a little better eventually.
Still, the room was just slightly bigger than the bed and very confined. And at a premium price of €300 per night I think it was absolutely outrageous. Even for a three star hotel. Not worth it for a mile, even being on the Damrak.

Pros:

Great location, close to the train station and Dam Square. Beds were really comfortable! Coffee in lobby was very good, staff all friendly and helpful. Luggage storage after check out was convenient.

Pessima esperienza all’Hotel Exchange di Amsterdam. Avevamo prenotato una camera “comfort”, ma di confortevole non aveva assolutamente nulla. Le dimensioni erano minuscole, al limite dell’imbarazzante: a malapena ci si muoveva dentro.

Le foto sul sito sono totalmente ingannevoli e non rispecchiano minimamente la realtà. Ci aspettavamo tutt’altro livello, soprattutto considerando il prezzo.

Non esistono oscuranti alle finestre, quindi dall’alba al tramonto c’è solo un riflesso arancione fluo delle tende.

Anche la pulizia lascia molto a desiderare: dettagli trascurati e sensazione generale di scarsa cura.

Assolutamente non lo consiglierei, rapporto qualità-prezzo davvero deludente

Pros:

Lo que más me gustó fue la cercanía y amabilidad del personal. La ubicación del hotel es excelente para ver la ciudad y cuenta con un "comedor" para poder hacerte un buen café durante el día.

Cons:

No hay nada reseñable que destacar, si bien sí que es un poco incómodo para el tema de un carrito de bebé no me cabe la menor duda de que repetiría sin dudarlo.
