Pros:

It's a really nice hotel overall. Breakfast is awesome.

Cons:

We woke up at 7am with a very loud construction work sounds (late July 2026), and could not sleep, not even with earplugs. Until today, no reply from the hotel about it was given.

Pros:

Jag o mina två döttrar hade bokat tre enkelrum. Önskade att bo nära varandra o högt upp o det fick vi. Rummens storlek var helt ok för en person. Mycket trevlig personal på hela hotellet. De i receptionen var väldigt tillmötesgående, tog hand om våra väskor med ett leende då vi kom tidigt o lånade ut paraplyer. Frukosten var också super o + för liten reserverad skylt som vi ställde på bordet o då kunde vi gå o hämta mat gemensamt. Kanon för kylskåp på rummet. Ganska nära Odenplan.

Cons:

Jag saknade fåtölj o en spegel i mitt rum 965. Tråkig utsikt från alla tre rummen, plåttak. Min säng var ganska nerlegad. Kuddmeny funkade inte. Mitt önskemål var slut.

Stoccolma per festeggiare in famiglia il mio compleanno
Pros:

Ottima la posizione, vicina alla metro per andare in centro ed alla fermata della navetta da e per l'aeroporto.
Al check-in abbiamo ricevuto l'upgrade, gratuito e non richiesto, per le tre camere. Ci è stata addirittura assegnata l'unica camera con balcone al piano 11. Colazione varia ed abbondante. Personale giovane e gentile.

Cons:

All'ingresso della mia camera c'era una bocchetta dell'aria condizionata che non si riusciva a disattivare e, considerato il clima, era un po' fastidiosa. Per rimediare ci è stata offerta una stufa

Great hotel in Stockholm
Pros:

The staff were lovely and very helpful at reception and throughout the hotel.
The hotel was very clean and well appointed in an excellent location for transportation links.
Excellent breakfast with a vast choice to suit Swedish and international tastes.

Cons:

The glass (frosted)door to the bathroom especially as it didn't shut properly.
