Kana was so amazing and professional… makes the guest feel welcomed
Overall, the room met my needs. I needed a place to sleep while I explored Oahu. This is not a hotel resort. Perfect for my needs and met my budget. Only wish the hotel had better mattresses. The box spring mattresses were not kind on my back.

The service was great. Room is a little tight, but for the price it is good especially since it is in Waikiki. The front desk receptionist Kana was really helpful and nice.
Amenities were awesome especially the pool. The room was decently clean and the noise level was not bad for it being summer. Location is not ideal if you want to be in the heart of Waikiki, but if you rather be closer to the convention center or Ala Moana it is good.
Had a great experience at this hotel. Although it’s not on the beach, it’s close by and also near other attractions.

No worth to stay
The location is great. Walking distance to Waikiki beach. The hotel allowed us early check in without any charges.

The location is great, close to beach and stores.
The room was not very clean, a lot of dust and dirt. Mattress and bed were horrible. Do not let the pictures foul you. Mattress fell through the frame and it was touching the floor - on both beds. It was not great, but decant for the money we pair for. But next time I think I would rather pay for Airbnb for the same money than go to this hotel.
It was my first study at this hotel in Waikiki. My friend & I booked this deal thru Expedia. For the price, the amenities are fairly good. The front desk staff especially Blake were quite helpful in terms of providing local information. We would certainly return for another stay in a few months.

My review is being written prior to us leaving this hotel as I would like to thank the lady on reception called Kana. We arrived on an overnight flight and had hoped to check in early or use the facilities. Kana very kindly managed to get approval for us to check in early, we were so grateful. Kana was super helpful. Thank you Kana!
The room is a double double, its big enough, but there is no hanging space. A/C is effective, but abit noisy.
The pool area is large and well equipped with a bbq area.
The gym is well equipped.
The security staff are super helpful and friendly.
For the location and the price the hotel meets our needs. Ideal.
