Pros:

O café da manhã é muito bom, com muita variedade. A equipe do hotel é muito simpática e atenciosa. Não tivemos problemas com o estacionamento.

Cons:

Escolhemos um quarto pequeno, entretanto o box era muito pequeno e a janela do quarto dava para uma parede abaixo do nível da rua.

Over priced stay!
Pros:

The location is 10 min walk from.center (piazza del campo) within the Siena gates.

Cons:

The hotel appears quite outdated, and the amenities reflect this. Unfortunately, the hairdryer in our room was not working. Although we requested a replacement, none was provided. Instead, the reception staff suggested that we use a hairdryer in another room, which was quite inconvenient and unexpected.
Another disappointing aspect was that the breakfast terrace remained closed, despite the fact that the weather on both days was pleasant, sunny, and with morning temperatures around 13–15°C. Breakfast was instead served on the parking level, with views facing the parking area, which did not create a particularly enjoyable atmosphere.
The breakfast itself was ok, but nothing exceptional. Overall, I would rate it 7 out of 10..

The location. The guy during our check-in was very kind and helpful.

Terrible experience. We arrived at this hotel at midnight with a small baby, exhausted. After checking in and unpacking, we realized that the sink was completely clogged and we couldn't even wash up because it was overflowing. In the bathroom, the showerhead was broken, resulting in half the water spraying everywhere, making it difficult to take a shower.These are third-world conditions for a supposedly 4-star hotel that charged us 400 euros. I truly wonder: doesn't the cleaning staff notice these problems when they clean the rooms? How is it possible to provide a room where the guest cannot even use the basic bathroom facilities? Such unprofessional behavior and a total lack of care for the customer.I have never encountered anything like this in all the hotels I’ve visited so many years, nor anything worse. There is a complete lack of interest from the staff, which is evident from how neglected the room was, as the hotel itself is also very old.Even worse than all of this was the attitude of the receptionist during check-out (fortunately we were only staying for 1 night). When I went to inform her about all these issues, her reaction was very ironic, abrupt, and nervous instead of even apologizing for the situation, whereas her two colleagues who were there tried to maintain a more professional approach. Completely unprofessional, a very bad experience, the worst we have ever had in a hotel regarding the staff and the condition of the room. I would absolutely not choose it, and I really wonder about some positive comments I read, which unfortunately were the reason I booked it.

It was the perfect hotel, in a great location, with excellent staff and good facilities.
Pros:

The location was perfect, not too far from the centre, but on a quiet and peaceful street. The views from my room and the rooftop terrace were stunning. The bedding was so good, pristine sheets and so comfortable. The choice of foods for breakfast was amazing and the bar on the terrace was a real boon. The staff were all extremely helpful and friendly and I only wish that we had been able to stay for longer than two nights.

Cons:

I don't think that I could find anything that I didn't like.
Maybe it would have been nice to have biscuits along with a wide choice of teas and coffee in the room, but this didn't distract from the pleasure of staying there.
