Excellent Breakfast, Great Location, and Wonderful Staff
Pros:

The breakfast was amazing, with a great variety of offerings. The location was convenient and provided easy access to everything. The room was a bit small, but still very comfortable. Amazing staff friendly and helpful. Thank specially to Serena.

Very nice hotel for a visit to Siena.
Pros:

Good location and easy to reach by car. Ample onsite parking. Easy walk to town center from the hotel. Good variety for breakfast. And a wonderful patio to have a cocktail at night.

Wonderful stay in a cozy, very pleasant hotel with great views.
Pros:

The room was cozy, well lit, big enough, and had a balcony with beautiful Tuscany landscape views. Breakfast had a wide variety of very fresh, tasty food. And the staff was welcoming and very friendly and attentive.

Cons:

Only had one coffee machine working, which created a very long line.

Az egyik legjobb szálloda ahol jártunk.
Pros:

A szálloda közel volt a központi térhez és a Dómhoz. Rövid sétával minden elérhető volt. Ha a várfalon kívüli részre mentünk azt is egyszerűen megoldottuk, mert a helyi járatos kisbusz aminek a megállója kb. 150 méterre volt a szállástól, 1 euróért elvitt a város külső részére. Mi a szerdai helyi piacot néztük meg. A reggeli kifogástalan volt. Bőséges választék és remek kiszolgálás fogadott. Külön pont a parkolóért és a parkoló személyzetért. Készségesen álltak a rendelkezésünkre. A minibár tartalmát ingyen fogyaszthattuk, és minden nap feltöltötték. Cukorka várt a párnán minket a megérkezéskor.

Nem volt ilyen.

Stadthotel in attraktiver Lage
Pros:

Sehr gut gelegenes Hotel, direkt am Rand der Altstadt. Wer mit dem PKW anreist, kann sein Fahrzeug entweder auf dem hoteleigenen Parkplatz oder in der Tiefgarage kostenfrei abstellen. Die Zimmer haben einen normalen Standard, sind leider etwas hellhörig. Das Personal ist überaus freundlich und zuvorkommend sowie hilfsbereit. Das Frühstück ist soweit in Ordnung und entspricht dem üblichen Standard von Stadthotels.

Hôtel bien situé avec parking gratuit, mais un peu cher.
Pros:

Venant en voiture, les hôtels disposant d'un parking et de plus à 10mn à pied du centre de Sienne ne sont pas très nombreux.
Celui-ci remplit parfaitement les conditions, les chambres sont grandes et le personnel est très accueillant,

Cons:

Le petit bémol c'est le prix (631€ pour 2 nuits avec le petit déjeuner) mais ça on le savait en réservant !) mais qui varie en fonction des jours réservés.

המלון נמצא במיקום מצוין, צוות אדיב ושירותי מאוד. ארוחת בוקר טובה מאוד. החדר היה גדול ומרווח מאוד (הזמנו מראש חדר שמיועד ל-3 למרות שהיינו זוג). למלון שני אגפים, אנחנו שהינו במערבי. בסך הכל נהנינו מאוד מהשהות במלון.

Personel bardzo miły, lokalizacja hotelu wspaniała.

Cons:

Największym minusem był hałas. Ściany są niezwykle cienkie, słychać każdą rozmowę sąsiadów zza ściany, użycie wody w ich łazience brzmiało tak, jakby prysznic był w naszym pokoju. Woda w rurach szumiała przy każdej okazji, co utrudniało zasypianie. Jeśli ktoś ma lekki sen, to nie odpocznie.
