Ottimo!
Pros:

Staff molto accogliente, posizione comoda come per raggiungere l’albergo con la macchina ( non si deve attraversare ZTL), sia per subito essere nel centro storico. Parcheggio grande, sicuro, e senza pagamento 😁

Cons:

La scelta a colazione era ampia, però la qualità non era granché.

Café da manhã excelente e com muita variedade. Equipe da recepção muito gentil. O hotel fica em um local calmo, tranquilo de chegar aos principais pontos da cidade a pé. É possível chegar ao hotel de carro sem passar pela ZTL.

Cons:

Notamos alguns problemas de manutenção. O secador de cabelo do meu quarto parou de funcionar e não havia um reserva disponível no hotel. A máquina de café no café da manhã também quebrou (no primeiro dia apenas uma havia quebrado, e no segundo dia ambas estavam fora de serviço), então era necessário pedir as bebidas quentes aos funcionários, o que acabava demorando devido à alta demanda.

Hotel Athena is an excellent choice for staying in Siena, combining comfort, location, and atmosphere. It is close to the historic center – within easy walking distance – yet situated in a quieter area, which makes the stay especially pleasant.

What stood out:
• beautiful panoramic views from the terrace over the old city and surrounding hills – especially impressive at sunset
• spacious, clean rooms with comfortable beds
friendly and professional staff, very responsive and helpful
• good breakfast with a solid selection
• convenient access and on-site parking – a major advantage in Siena
• a classic Italian hotel character rather than a faceless chain style

Minor notes:
• some interiors feel slightly traditional in design
• breakfast area can get busy in high season
• rooms without a panoramic view are more modest in impression

Overall:
A very reliable and enjoyable hotel for a Siena visit – ideal for cultural trips, city walks, and relaxed evenings with a view over the historic skyline.

Staff muito simpático, pequeno almoço de sonho, terraço com vista maravilhosa, estacionamento gratuito, localização fora da ZTL, mas pertíssimo do limite (o que significa que estávamos muito perto do centro da cidade), cama confortável, quarto quente. Tudo perfeito!

super hôtel le personnel est au petit soin. Les chambres magnifiques et propres. Le Parking gratuit est un vrai plus car compliqué pour circuler dans le centre de Sienne.Il faut compter 10 minutes à pied tranquillement pour atteindre la grande place qui est splendide. petit déjeuner merveilleux et très très bon restaurant avec des serveurs adorables et très professionnels 👍.je recommande les yeux fermés.
