Very very disappointing

Location was pretty close to FIU

Cons:

The place was pretty dirty and not up to par. I have worked in housekeeping and what I expected/wanted wasn’t even close. Lady at the desk when she felt like getting to the desk was rude. The pull out bed was gross. Had to ask for anything u wanted for the room. Didn’t have any kitchen stuff or the fold out bed wasn’t made. Also pool was closed
