Not a 5 star resort at all
Pros:

The only good thing was the location

Cons:

Not a 5 star resort in any sense
Bad smell and overall cleanliness
Bad interiors of the room and bad bed sheet fabric, pillows.
Bad service and not responsive
Bad wifi not accessible everywhere
Poor condition of gym
Poor maintenance
Transportation if you don’t have a car will be painful

Very expensive price that did not at all live up to the expectations for the cost.

Well located. Beautiful sea views

Cons:

Very low quality WiFi connection. Had to leave the room to use laptop in reception. For 2026 this is not really acceptable. Very basic TV facilities. A remote control suggesting it had various app options but the tv itself not being configured for these. Again, for 2026, this is not good.
Slow room turn down service - not timely. When chased up ( in the evening) it took 2 attempts before they arrived
Check out was not properly undertaken. I think the staff need a checklist. Request the key card (they forgot to ask), give us a receipt (they forgot to offer and when I remembered to ask I was told it would be emailed. It was not. I chased up on this hours later and was told it would be sent. I’m still waiting.

A pleasant retreat oasis made for relaxing.
Pros:

We loved how clean it was, and the facilities were great. Staff were lovely.

Cons:

It’s a bit far from other places and expensive to get in and out. Would recommend anyone going to hire a vehicle.

Overpriced for a 5 star
Pros:

The location was beautiful, peacefull with a very nice view of the bay. Kind staff! The room was ok with a nice balcony.

Cons:

I think is way too overpriced for the condition of the rooms. Clearly it is a refurbished building. The shower was very old with leaking tabs and stains of calc all over. The room itself was ok but the mattress again not what you expect for a 5star hotel. In general all the furniture were not taken care well and looked old and somewhat dirty.

Pour séjourner dans cet hôtel il faut avoir un véhicule pour sortir ou prendre des taxis, Marina l’hôtesse au front desk nous a surclassés dans un junior suite avec piscine individuelle vue sur mer (ce qui est important). Le personnel est super dans son ensemble très aimable un spécial merci à Cavas le patron des équipes resto…

Eine herrliche Auszeit in einem sehr schönen Resort.
Pros:

Die Unterkunft bietet alles was man sich wünscht. Ein toller Außenpool, die Zimmer mit privatem Pool sind sehr aussergewöhnlich, man kann vom Bett aus aufs Meer blicken, herrlich.
Zu erwähnen ist auch das absolut zuvorkommende und nette Personal.

Cons:

Es wäre Jammern auf höchstem Niveau, es war alles prima. Einzig das Angebot oder Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis im Restaurant entspricht nicht einer 5 Sterne Kategorie.

Very high standard of room and exceptional facilities.
Pros:

It was very high standard. The rooms were clean and had everything we needed. The restaurant was exceptional quality. The shuttle bus to the town was very useful as it was a bit far from the main hub.
