Pros:

Great location, easy to find, close to restaurants. And only a few minutes from Pigeon Forge. Great place and friendly staff. Laundry facility is an extra perk.

Perfect location, Tanger Outlets, Dave & Busters across the street, Dollywood 10 min. away.

The room was very nice, and I loved the fact that the two beds were separated from each other and had their own TVs. Kids loved it.

Cons:

However, on one pillow, there was a stain of red, as if from makeup that didn't come out. Also, the breakfast was really nice, but we didn't make it down there until about ten till 10. We were able to get breakfast, but a woman was standing there, and after five minutes past 10, she began to close the door and clean up the food. It was fine for us, but the dining room was packed, and I thought they should have waited until the dining room was clearing out before making sure people didn't want a refill.

Enjoyed our stay, we will stay here again.
Pros:

Location is wonderful for all activities we chose. The hotel is very clean and comfortable.

Cons:

We did not get to be on the upper floor as we normally do. We had problems with our door keys not working properly. The TV in our room was very dark, we should have requested another room but I had already unpacked everything when we realized there was a problem. Breakfast was not very good.
