Very clean and spacious room.
Pros:

The 2 queen bed with balcony was large and the beds were separated by the bathroom in the center which was nice for privacy. The room was very clean. It was nice to have a small balcony. The price was reasonable for the size of the room and amenities.

Cons:

There was a little wear from the room being a bit dated. The window shade was not working and a little torn. We had to manually roll it up. However, the fact that the room was dated did not affect our overall stay.

Pros:

Good location, clean, staff was friendly and helpful, loved the biscuits on the breakfast bar.

Cons:

The only thing I didn’t like was, where you turn on to NASCAR Drive, it is very dark and hard to see at night time. Obviously, this is nothing negative about the hotel but, the only thing I thought could be improved about the location.

The staff was very friendly, front desk beyond helpful and room was very nice.
Pros:

The room request was for a ground floor room, which was perfect, it had both an entrance directly to the room and through the lobby. Staff was very nice and helpful. I have recommended this property and would stay there again. Location was wonderful.

Cons:

2 things, that were a slight annoyance, 1 there were kids running the hallway 1 night, that is poor parenting, not on the hotel itself. Second thing there was 1 day the hallway carpet needed to be cleaned, outside our door area and whatever they used had a strong odor, once inside room away from door it was fine. I am sensitive to strong smells, so I was not thrilled, but they were trying to get it dry and odor removed with fans. No, we did not make any formal complaints. It was more of an inconvenience when going out and coming back.

Moldy smelling and loud due to fans constantly running.

I like it was close to the things we wanted to do.

Cons:

Our room had a high level of moisture it almost smelled moldy. Our bathroom was hot and our room was not cooling properly. Their solution wasn’t another room it was 3 box fans, which ran the entire time of our stay. So noisy to say the least. Highly disappointed in the condition of our room.

Quiet newer hotel away from high traffic areas.
Pros:

We stayed here for two nights on July 5 -8. We had a king suite which was very comfortable and clean. This seems to be a newer property. The check in and check out process was very fast and smooth. The location is excellent. Away from the high traffic areas. We used the laundry facilities which worked fine and seemed to be newer machines. Breakfast in the morning was good. Not very far to Dollywood (maybe 12-15 minutes). We will stay here again as we were very pleased.
