Perfect location, Tanger Outlets, Dave & Busters across the street, Dollywood 10 min. away.
Pros:

The room was very nice, and I loved the fact that the two beds were separated from each other and had their own TVs. Kids loved it.

Cons:

However, on one pillow, there was a stain of red, as if from makeup that didn't come out. Also, the breakfast was really nice, but we didn't make it down there until about ten till 10. We were able to get breakfast, but a woman was standing there, and after five minutes past 10, she began to close the door and clean up the food. It was fine for us, but the dining room was packed, and I thought they should have waited until the dining room was clearing out before making sure people didn't want a refill.

Enjoyed our stay, we will stay here again.
Pros:

Location is wonderful for all activities we chose. The hotel is very clean and comfortable.

Cons:

We did not get to be on the upper floor as we normally do. We had problems with our door keys not working properly. The TV in our room was very dark, we should have requested another room but I had already unpacked everything when we realized there was a problem. Breakfast was not very good.

Clean and safe space to stay off the busy street of Pigeon Forge
Pros:

Cons:

The bathroom needs a night light. Room was a mobility room ( very helpful) but to use bathroom, door had to remain open or light and fan running. Also directions need posted to raise or lower shade..

I had to leave early (i stayed one night out of four), I was glad I was able to leave early
Pros:

Good Location. They accommodated my late check in. The check in person was pleasant.

Cons:

The room wasn't super clean and it had flies/gnats everywhere. The light in the bathroom wasn't working.

It worked. We got some rest and relaxation. What we were looking for on this trip,it wasn’t for us
Pros:

For the most part the staff was fantastic. The pool was super dirty and not enough lounge chairs. Looking around the pool are, there is more room for 2-3 more. We usually get up early and come in at night. Enjoy watching a movie on tv. The TVs weren’t great. We couldn’t get to the HDMI either. You had to turn the volume way up to hear it. But since the walls are SOOO thin, the neighbors could hear it. We heard someone blow drying their hair at 5:45am. The light near the vanity was very dim. Even turning on the mirror “ring” light didn’t help. A dresser would be nice to put our clothes in. Not enough hangers in the closet. For certain reasons, i need privacy to get ready. There’s none of that if you need the mirror.
Water pressure was GREAT. Bed was SOOO comfy.
I’m sure this room is great for most people, it just wasn’t for us.

Cons:

Lighting. TVs. Pool. Elevator walls were loose. Storage for clothes. Thin walls.
