Was not happy with charging my card the day of check in, when I had the option to pay at the front desk. Get there and they tell me they are cash free, an email or notice would have been nice.

Pros:

Very convenient location. Great breakfast and the Coffee!! Secondary bedroom was a bit warm with no ventilation? Bathroom is small and shower water pressure was low but adequate. Staff was very friendly and helpful. Property is very clean. We will be back!

Cons:

No Room ventilation in secondary bedroom. Low shower pressure but we’re use to our shower at home that is like a pressure washer!! Maybe a chair in the secondary bedroom?

Pros:

Great location, easy to find, close to restaurants. And only a few minutes from Pigeon Forge. Great place and friendly staff. Laundry facility is an extra perk.
