I am extremely angry and disappointed with this hotel. Even though this is a well-known hotel, I will never stay here again.
The rooms have a strong, unpleasant smell, and even the carpet stinks. The curtains are so heavy and awkward that opening or closing them feels like a workout. People said it was very close to the Old Town, but in reality it takes at least 20–25 minutes to get there.
There is no refrigerator in the room. There is no coffee machine either. It’s 2026, and the only “complimentary” coffee in the room is cheap instant granulated coffee. Even the cheapest hotels offer capsule or filter coffee machines in their rooms nowadays.
On top of that, people kept trying to enter the room. Even though the “Do Not Disturb” sign was on the door, someone entered my room at 8 a.m. I stayed for 5 nights, and the room was cleaned only once — and that only happened after I personally spoke to the staff on the floor.
Overall, this was a very frustrating and unacceptable experience.
