Overall comfortable, clean, and good location, but NOT happy with hidden parking fees!
Pros:

The room was clean and comfortable. I liked that we had a space for sleep and a space for relaxing when we were just hanging out in our room. The kitchenette, which had a mini fridge, microwave, and sink, was also a nice feature for making lunch and dinner. I liked that breakfast was included and had a variety of choices. It was also nice that they had coffee and tea available in the lobby 24/7. It was conveniently close to the airport and to all the places we planned to visit. Overall, it was a good place to stay. The price of the room would have been reasonable had it not been for the hidden parking fee.

Cons:

I did not appreciate the lack of transparency with regards to the daily parking fee. At checkin I was handed a form asking for my license plate number, make, and model of the vehicle I was driving. In small print at the top it apparently said that I would be charged $7 a day for parking. After a very long day of travel and two flights, not to mention, having been up since 2:30 am that morning, I was not looking at every tiny detail. They should have said something about the fee when handing me the form so that I would know what I was signing. I was under the impression that I was providing vehicle information so that they would know that my vehicle was legally parked in their lot. There were a few other issues which I was going to over look and not mention because overall our stay was good and things just happen sometimes. I like to try to give people some grace. I can be flexible but I don't like being taken advantage of so I will go ahead and mention that our toilet wasn't working properly. They had to send a workman up twice to fix it. Since the problem initially happened in the middle of the night we had to manage on our own without a toilet flushing until the next day at which point it was temporarily fixed. Later, that day it stopped working again and the workman came back again to finally replace the part. We also had ants in our room. When I called the front desk she simply said, "Oh, that's been a problem but it's just that time of the year. I'll make a note of it." That was all and nothing was done. I would normally not mention these things but again, I did not appreciate the lack of transparency and the lack of understanding when I called to complain. Good customer service would have offered to refund the fee. I travel to New Hampshire often and I would have stayed here again if not for the lack of transparency with the parking fee.

For what we paid, it was a nice place to stay for a week!
Pros:

The breakfast was nice! The staff were very helpful and attentive.

Cons:

The room was a little dirty. We found trash under the nightstand (moved it to plug something in). And there were dirt marks in the shower from where a mat was probably sitting. the coffee maker was also disgusting. I’m glad i brought clorox wipes. I cleaned it out and ran a few hot water cycles before using it.

Charged for parking!???
Pros:

Nice place on the outskirts of the Manchester airport. Clean, well designed. The biggest problem is that it's a 10 minute drive to get to a restaurant or grocery store. Also, since it sits on the border of the airport property, guests get to hear every take-off and landing. Also, during check-in, I learned that I had to pay for parking, which I hate. I know, it's my fault for not noticing that a charge would be assessed, but such charges are hidden in the fine print. However, a charge like this makes no sense. If the company is going to charge for an amenity like parking, why aren't they charging for use of the pool and the exercise room, even breakfast and the ice machine.? By the way, I'd like to get a refund for my "non use" of the pool and exercise facilities. Only fair don't you think?

Edit: forgot about the loud AC. Had to turn off at night to sleep.

Sleep Park and Fly An Outstanding Short Stay!
Pros:

I higly rated the hotel Marriott team on our first stayover on May 2nd. and chose this hotel because of its close proximity to the airport for an early flight out the next day.

On our return on the 12th. we arrived very late and were again welcomed by the amazing friendly staff who seem to really care about their jobs and the people passing through.

Marriott delivers as they usually do with comfortable beds, clean rooms and a full tasty breakfast included.

Parking was also included in the nightly rate and we were able to leave the car for 10 days and fly internationally which was so very helpful.

All in all it was a great experience for us with no usual pressure to get to the airport and be on time for a very early morning flight the next day.

Kudos to the wonderful Marriott team...they are the best!

Cons:

Nothing negative here!

Do not recommend and will not return
Pros:

Location was great. It is beautiful outside the property. Staff were very nice and accommodating. The ones I spoke with were really kind and helpful. The kids liked the trundle bed idea but not the comfort of the beds. Very nice gym!

Cons:

Our first room was covered in dog hair and smelled AWFUL! The second room was better but dirtier. Not sure how that makes sense. Trundle beds were uncomfortable. No freezer. At least a small freezer would’ve been nice. Gym didn’t have any wipes for the equipment. Couch cushions on the trundle bed were dirty. Room looked like it hadn’t been cleaned or vacuumed. Not the best room for a college graduation weekend stay. breakfast was not good at all. First day the bacon was gross. Second day oatmeal was watery and runny. Both days you had to get there early to catch any breakfast. Not sure how they don’t make enough breakfast on the weekend of university commencement ceremonies. I’m sure it’s one of the busiest weekends. I had to settle for a protein bar we brought the morning of my graduation. We had to eat breakfast somewhere other than the hotel the first morning. Very disappointed
