Pros:

Airport shuttle, breakfast, which is ever so slightly improved from the summer. Same selections but they didn't seem to run out like over the summer. And also had pre wrapped Jimmy Dean breakfast sandwiches.

Cons:

Charge for parking. Notepad in the room was used, couch was dirty, rug wasn't vacuumed. Pillows terrible.

My stay was fine

The rooms are big and clean

Cons:

The food and coffee is awful.
The amount of microwave bacon just needs to end.
I thought I read the pool was salt water before I booked it, it was not.

The fact there was no access to free water was also lame and the hiddin fee for parking is a joke.

Great place and Comfortable
Pros:

Check in was easy. Room was a great size where we didn't feel over crowded.

Cons:

We thought pool would be open till 11 but was closed at 10. Kids couldn't swim when we got back from her birthday dinner.

Pros:

The size of the room is really good for a family like mine who needs more than 2 beds. I would recommend to any family of 5 to stay there as the sofa bed is comfortable and you can stay up to 6 people in one room.

We would definitely stay here again in the need arises.
Pros:

The staff was extremely friendly and helpful. We felt like we were in the company of old friends.

Cons:

We understand you're limited with the quality of the eggs and sausage but if I had to say something negative it would be get better eggs and sausage. However, the English muffins and bagels were superb.
