L'accueil et surtout l'employé, Eli je crois un garçon charmant qui s est vraiment bien débrouillé en français pour nous servir... j'ai adoré et apprécié son dévouement.

Cons:

J'ai trouvé que le sofa au salon était vraiment très dur, pas confortable du tout...et le petit déjeuner...il pourrait y avoir du bacon plutôt que les espèces de saucisse en boulettes ...et il n' avait pas de pain pour faire des rôties, seulement des bagels 😐

My wife and I stayed at the Manchester, NH SpringHill Suites. We were greeted with a friendly smile by Ashley. She was very helpful and professional.

Great Value and Service!
Pros:

This is our first choice when visiting Manchester. The suites, free breakfast, shuttle, and friendly staff can’t be beat. This past week, I was visiting with my dad who is retired and a titanium Bonvoy member. Even though I booked the rooms under my account, they went out of their way to make him feel special. Totally made his stay! Thank you, Rachel, and the rest of the staff!

Pros:

Airport shuttle, breakfast, which is ever so slightly improved from the summer. Same selections but they didn't seem to run out like over the summer. And also had pre wrapped Jimmy Dean breakfast sandwiches.

Cons:

Charge for parking. Notepad in the room was used, couch was dirty, rug wasn't vacuumed. Pillows terrible.

The rooms are big and clean

Cons:

The food and coffee is awful.
The amount of microwave bacon just needs to end.
I thought I read the pool was salt water before I booked it, it was not.

The fact there was no access to free water was also lame and the hiddin fee for parking is a joke.

Not happy with charge for parking in this rural location
Pros:

Very unhappy with the parking at this hotel. It was basically in the middle of nowhere (but near the airport) and there was plenty of space around. Still they charged for parking. We had to drive quite far to find the restaurants.

The rooms were large but had a strange floorplan. It was difficult to find space to put suitcases. The breakfast was great and the staff was helpful. The bathrooms could definitely use some updating.
