Never again!
Pros:

This SpringHill Suites in Manchester, NH, was a major disappointment. While the property is somewhat clean on a surface level, it still carries a pervasive feeling of grime that never quite goes away. From check-in to check-out, we were thoroughly unimpressed with our six-night stay.

Our room on the second floor offered almost no rest. Night after night, we were jolted awake multiple times by what sounded like a herd of elephants stomping around in the room directly above us. The noise was loud, constant, and disruptive well into the early morning hours—making it nearly impossible to get a decent night’s sleep during our entire stay.

Even more frustrating was the complete lack of housekeeping. Despite never hanging the “Do Not Disturb” sign and being out of the room daily from 8am to 7pm, our room was never cleaned or refreshed once over the full six nights. We returned each evening to the same unmade beds, used towels, and accumulating trash.

To top it all off, the hotel charged us $7 per night for parking—something that is virtually unheard of in this area for a hotel of this type.

Between the poor noise insulation, nonexistent housekeeping, and nickel-and-diming on parking, this was one of the worst hotel experiences we’ve had in years. I will not stay here again and cannot recommend this property to anyone. There are far better options in the Manchester area for the price.

I reached late because of my flight cancellation, things beyond my control. In this case some more convenient option ( or changing the check out time significantly) should be there.

The room was fairly clean, except for a couple of bugs flying around in the shower. Breakfast was good and well stocked.

Cons:

The pool looked like it hadn’t been cleaned in weeks. There were leaves and clumps of hair on the pool deck. Very disappointing when the pool was what our 7 year old was most excited about. There was also another hotel guest vaping in the pool room. The girl at the front desk appeared to be high. Not well staffed. Our toilet clogged and we waited hours but no one came to fix it. My husband went and got a plunger the next morning and did it himself.

We were there from 11:45pm until 10:10 am. It was just what we needed. A clean quiet place to rest.

Everything. The front desk would not pick up my calls several times at night, AC was broken and the cover fell off several times at night waking up all of us specially my 3 months old and 3 year old child.

My Overnight Stay in New Hampshire
Pros:

The Room and Upper Floor Location was Superb. It was Fairly Quiet and Tranquil. The Room Size was Comfy. It Appeared Very Clean. The Visibility of Your Vehicle from Upper Floor was a Plus. The Hot Water was Great
