Our stay was absolute perfection. The staff was wonderfully attentive, and the location couldn’t have been better for us. Just a 25-minute drive to Oia, we were close enough to explore but far enough to escape the crowds—plus we had breathtaking views and warm hospitality right where we were.

We did the morning hike to avoid the heat, which was such a memorable experience. Breakfast was outstanding—truly sensational—and every WhatsApp request we sent was answered quickly. The staff also arranged drivers who arrived right on time. (Tip: if you’re traveling during “rush hour” to a popular spot, it’s worth booking a bit ahead.)

Our cave room was a dream, complete with a balcony overlooking the ocean. We loved relaxing on the deck every morning. There was even a small walk-in closet where we could tuck our luggage out of the way, and a little table inside that made a perfect spot for working or unwinding.

One of the best experiences you can have
Pros:

This is by far the best hotel experience me and my wife have ever had. Everyone was hospitable, showed care and overall constantly made sure we had a unique good experience. The reception always treated us right and even made sure we had breakfast to go in the next morning due to our early flight. Kosta went above and beyond helping us out in the morning as well!

This is an amazing property. The staff is wonderful and very attentive. Shout out to Omar.
This location is in walking distance to several food options but also a quick taxi to nearby towns and several wineries. A must!

From the moment we arrived to the hotel, the authentic care and attention to our needs was great.
The staff gave us a wonderful sense of comfort and welcome that was truly heart warming. Breathtaking views, delicious Greek food, super fun activities, impeccable service orientation, and amazing memories created that we will have with us always! What a beautiful hotel. Lovely staff who look after you from the moment you arrive. Amazing setting. Stunning pool. The restaurants views are incredible with delicious food and friendly, professional staff. Situated in the heart of Oia which is just both enchanting and stunning. Highly recommend. Santorini is magical.

This was not of the standard of leading hotels. The paint on the walls was cracked; the shower floor needed work; the water pressure needs work. . The room was well kept; the breakfast was very good. The steps were problematic-not the number but the steepness and unevenness made going from one level to another very difficult

Pros:

I travel the world with my family, usually to the tops hotels as possible. I have never being treated as good as royalty before. Top top top customer service. The staff from the reception, de concierge, the bellboys etc are like far far trained and has a great customer service vocation. Impressive stat. The rooms are huge and seems like new, the smell of the rooms is great. The only thing I’ll rate around 7/10 is the food and the speed of service in the restaurant maybe 7/10. That’s the only thing I didn’t love. Thanks for a wonderful vacation memories you helped to experience.

Incredible view. Comfortable room. Service was a bit spotty. Concierge was only helpful to book dinner at hotel or sister hotel, and hotel packaged tours with huge markup on transportation. Food is good nothing special except the price.
