A great home base when traveling on business
Pros:

I'm a repeat visitor to this property. It's well-located near UCF and the Research Park. I like how I can check in using the app, get a mobile key, and go straight to my room. When I do need to interact with the staff, they're always very friendly and welcoming. It's a good value for the money most of the time, and free parking is such a rarity amongst the Marriott chain anymore, it's wonderful to still get free parking at this property.

The breakfast offering isn't that great, but it wasn't any trouble to just head out to First Watch nearby for a much better breakfast.

The beds are comfortable. It's rare that one hears any noise outside the room, and there are plenty of restaurants within walking distance of the hotel.

I'll stay here again when business brings me to the area.

Comfortable stay
Pros:

Location are nearby restaurants, rooms are clean. Great customer service, we were greet upon arrival. Staffs were friendly and helpful made us feel welcome.

Pros:

Good location, very friendly front desk staff, and clean room.

Cons:

Breakfast room is too small. Food quality (cold breakfast sandwiches) and lack of choices. Not a good breakfast experience, but guests can cook breakfast in room.

Enjoyable stay
Pros:

Hotel is very nice and very affordable. Staff here is very friendly and is great at remembering faces. Makes your stay here more enjoyable. Breakfast in the morning is good and the rooms are functional as they have full kitchens in them. Always a plus. I would definitely recommend this hotel if you’re in the Orlando area.

Pros:

The location was great for our attendance at the Addition Financial Arena, the rooms were nice and clean, but what was most impressive was the front desk service from Inmanica was exceptional!

Just ok
Pros:

We splurged on a two bedroom suite for extra time with family we were traveling with. The location was great for our needs, the room was clean and beds were comfortable, however the microwave did not work and the coffee cups were cracked/broken. I'm glad we weren't dependent on the kitchen function during our stay, we just wanted to heat up some coffee that we got from downstairs - it is still disappointing to have broken appliances and dishes with what it costs for the suite. Breakfast was meh, not a lot of options, bacon was good, scrambled eggs were very watery, very small breakfast area which gets crowded easily.
