Super Lage, große Zimmer, ansonsten enttäuschend.

Super Lage, großes Zimmer (Suite), Direkter Zugang zum Strand, schöner Pool.

Cons:

Wir hatten eines der schlechtesten Zimmer, Ausblick auf eine häßliche Mauer in 3 Metern Entfernung. Unser Wunsch auf ein anderes Zimmer wurde abgelehnt. Das Hotel ist sehr in die Jahre gekommen. Das Internet war sehr schlecht. Viel zu teuer für das, was es bietet.

Favorite hotel in Miami, and I have been to many.
Pros:

Great location, great vibe. Beautiful rooms with great bathrooms. Nice pool and beachside service. Good staff.

Not worth it. A lot of money for mediocre experience.

Cons:

Pool was closed for private party. That’s the main reason we booked there and we were not told in advance. Staff was abrupt and not helpful. Rooms, while large, were poorly furnished and badly lit. No dresser or surface in the bedroom.

Overpriced
Pros:

Proximity to the beach. Clean. Fast room service. Friendly cleaning/room-service staff. Good in house restaurant.

Cons:

The management should all be required to stay in the rooms with their family for several days and they too will notice these issues/annoyances. For ~$600 night.

1. "Suites": bedroom/sofa-bed area separated by doors, that are either clear windows or glazed windows that let in a ton of light/shadows in/out. Want to put kids to bed or not be woken up when they open the drapes in the AM? good luck. the window doors/glazed doors defeat the purpose of the "suite design"

2. Nightstand/outlets/drapes; in-consistent placement or just lack thereof. One of the rooms had zero outlets/or a night stand on the side of the bed; had to put things on floor. Inconsistent availability of light blocking shades for all windows, large amount of am light. For a beach/pool hotel, there is a severe shortage of hanging hooks for towels, clothing items etc.

3. The little details that add up: rusty light fixtures in ceilings, loose/worn outlets where chargers fall out they are so worn, shortage of functioning outlets in common areas. Total lack of outlets/charging areas near outdoor common areas. Very slow elevators that are heavily used by staff; faster to use stairs.

4. Bad WIFI/internet. Constant dropouts, lack of function with business required VPNs. Television + channels totally lacking in variety with no channel guide. TVs don't work w/ their wifi (no streaming, airplay etc or connectivity w/ your device, netflix etc)

5. Gym. Super small & hot. Max 2 people can be in there at same time. Take a look in the vent in the AC/wall unit. Gross.

6. Resort fee/towel cards. 2 water bottles a day that you can refill via a drinking fountain on the first floor is not a feature. When you want a pool towel you need to give them a towel card, then get your towel card back when you return the towel. You are charged $20? per missing towel card. We are in middle-school here.

Not worth the amount paid for the room. Would not stay there again.
Pros:

The staff was helpful, friendly and attentive. It's unfortunate the property was not well kept.

Cons:

Old room, no view except a building under construction. Bed was old and indented from so many people sleeping on it. Sinks didn't operate properly. Overall the value for the amount paid was not acceptable.

It’s was great. I was on a solo vacation and everyone at the sagamore was kind and hospitable.
Pros:

Close proximity to beach, shops.
Ample room size
Nice balcony overlooking the garden
Bed was comfortable

Cons:

Well it is a bit weathered and that’s to be expected due to how close it is to the beach.
Also the lighting in the hallways before you enter your room
