La situation : en face de la plage. J'avais pris une chambre pour 4 avec un canapé et un lit king size . Le canapé franchement que pour une personne. J'ai demandé à avoir une autre chambre meme en payant plus (il y avait des chambres de libre et j'avais aussi demander via leur formulaire un upgrade) , bref, Full ils m'ont dit. Resultat, notre fille de 12 ans a du dormir avec nous dans le lit. La vue de notre chambre : moche. L es photos sont un peu trompeuses sur internet. Choisissez bien une chambre avec un balcon et une vue mer . La salle de bain viellotte.
Le personnel de la piscine sont sympathiques contrairement à l'accueil.
L'emplacement : geniale a 2 pas de Ocean Drive, lincoln.......

Great location, staff, cleanliness? but the hotel is dated.
Pros:

Location is excellent! Staff is very friendly and makes sure you are happy! We got an upgrade and king suite studio was huge - 500 sq ft! Loved the pool + beach amenities being ready and convenient- all you have to do is go to beach and all chairs + towels + beach Svc is there.

Cons:

Valet got wrong car for us when going to airport and could not find our car. All was great , but the rooms and hotel are dated.

Loved our stay at Sagamore today.
Pros:

Sagamore beach is a great and relaxing place. The water today was spectacular and our kids loved it. Thomas on the beach is also very attentive to details and made our stay today much more enjoyable. We’ll be back.
