Un hotel cómodo pero ya con sus años encima.
Pros:

El hotel en general. La ubicación, cercanía a la playa y a restaurantes. Lo amplias y cómodas que son las habitaciones. El personal muy ambable.

Cons:

Está muy viejo. Necesitaría un buen mantenimiento porque el desgaste se nota mucho. Y las 4 estrellas están algo sobrevaloradas

Pros:

Localização excelente (collins proximo a Lincoln Rd). Quarto muito confortável/ espaçoso. Area da piscina muito agradável. Serviço de praia. Possibilidade de late check out por preço ok. Ótima relação custoxbeneficio.

Academia muito pequena (praticamente inexistente).

Nice location in south beach but issues with plumbing in room

Cons:

We had an issue Christmas Eve with a clogged toilet. They didn’t have a plunger, couldn’t figure out how to call someone and kept promising someone would come to the room and that they had “escalated” the situation. Then no one contacted us until we would call back in an hour. Same response —they would call us soon for several hours and then they wouldn’t reach out again. They offered us a new room in the middle of the night but we opted to just let them fix it in the morning. Didn’t feel like much of a luxury experience for the price of the room

An artful oasis in the heart of South Beach

It’s perfectly located — right on the beach. My husband and I love the upscale artsy vibe. It has a lot of personality and great service.

The lock on our suite was a bit finicky.
