Friendly staff is what make this lodge worth staying.
Pros:

The lodge is in prime location where all the shopping and eating is at. The staffs are friendly and accomodating. So far I would rate this lodge a 4.8/10.

Cons:

The breakfast has a lot to be desired for but it is enough to send you to your next adventure.

Excellent experience, would definetly recommend this place.
Pros:

Brewster Mountain Lodge is located in Downtown Banff and is easily accessible. The Staff is polite & professional and super helpful. There was ongoing construction near the hotel and the staff proactively guided us before we reached on how to access the hotel.

Staff is extremely knowledgeable about the town, how to reach to different tourist spots and have excellent recommendations.

Fabulous Location
Pros:

Location was excellent for our purposes which was to be able to walk to the BTR stables.

Cons:

Very very loud and very very cold aircon on all floors. Breakfast was complimentary, which was fabulous but it was all cooked off site and most of it was Ultra processed food.

Pros:

Confort. Bonne localisation malgré le bruit des travaux dans la rue qui nous ont empêché de profiter du balcon.

Cons:

La climatisation anormalement froide dans les corridors de l'hotel est insupportable. J'ai attrapé froid en attendant l'ascenseur.... Dehors il fait 20 degrés et... 15 degrés avec une ventilation à fond dans les couloirs....Je ne comprends pas...

We were not informed that the AC is only in the main areas of the hotel not in the rooms. It was a hot day and while they had fans in the room, it was very uncomfortable to sleep

Pros:

The Brewster mountain lodge was the most perfect location right in the center of town and was so cozy! They even had s’mores in the lobby at night!

Cons:

The bed sheet seemed like it was a flat sheet and no fitted sheet so the bedding kind of moved all over the place.

Not good value for money, wouldn’t stay again
Pros:

The staff, especially Jana and Bernadette were really friendly and professional and made a big difference to our stay.
It was nice to have laundry facilities and the afternoon snacks were a nice touch.

Cons:

Wish I could say more nice things, but this hotel was very disappointing, though Banff is so beautiful.
Our room was not at all like in the picture. It was dark and small and the bathroom old and tiny. This was one of the most expensive hotels we ever stayed in and it was average at best. No value for money or any kind of amenities like you would usually get even jn mid-range hotels. The whole room just not thought through (power point under the bed side table, the lamps were terrible, blinds too short, the bedding super annoying, etc.
The internet was very slow and kept dropping out.
The breakfast (especially the artificial eggs) was very poor and boring, the same every other day and very bad quality.

Overall a good stay-expensive for the value but I think in line with other properties for the area
Pros:

Better in person than in the pictures-easy downtown location

Cons:

No heads up that there was major road construction right outside that started at 7am. I also thought parking was included vs extra. Paid additional money for “guaranteed “ parking but there wasn’t anyone monitoring so not sure what would have happened if the garage had been full
