Amazing facilities for a hotel in a great location!
Pros:

We couldn’t fault our stay! It was in a great location, central to everything and walking distance. The included breakfast was amazing. A new variety of hot food over the 3 days we stayed. It made for an easy start to the day! There was also laundry facilities and the staff were helpful in providing change for the machines, and showing us where to go (the laundry room is tucked away and was tricky to find). We will definitely be staying again!

Highly Recommend
Pros:

Wonderful hotel. Very clean and well maintained. Breakfast was great. It included warm and cold options.
A bit noisy in the alley but they supply ear plugs.
Very friendly staff who always say hi. Shoutout to Jana (Yana). She is amazing in the breakfast nook!
Make sure you meet their little celebrity Ullr (Ooler). Thanks Jay for letting us meet the little cutie!!
Highly recommend this hotel!!!

Location is good but need better sound proof
Pros:

Location and everything was good but we stayed in room 104 which was right next to the entrance. The noise from the door waked us up when we took a nap and slept in the morning. Checking your room location before you check in.

Comfy bed, great location.
Pros:

Great location! Never stayed here before and definitely would return. It was nice to walk 2 minutes to all the restaurants and shops. We were upgraded to the Brewster suite and it was great. The bed was soo comfortable and the room was clean. We enjoyed the terrace view of the street and ice sculptures. It was a bit hot in the room but we were provided with 2 nice fans that kept us cool.

Amazing location, really cute mountain lodge vibe, comfortable beds

Cons:

The room was not even slightly sound proof! The room had earplugs but I could still hear full conversations from the hallway, and it woke us up multiple times in the night.

Great location, very comfortable room, would stay here again but ask for a room away from the alley.
Pros:

The location of the hotel is excellent, right in the middle of town. Everything was in close walking distance with plenty of food options available. Close to transport pickups for tours also. Breakfast was decent, and varied each day. The room was comfortable and nicely appointed.

Cons:

The only downisde was that my room backed onto a serivce road that was at times noisy due to garbage trucks late at night and early morning

Great Lodge
Pros:

I had a great stay and would absolutely recommend this hotel. The front desk agents were incredibly welcoming and helpful from check-in to check-out, which really set the tone for the visit. I special shout out to Chad who made our stay even more memorable with his 'local tips'. I also loved the complimentary breakfast—plenty of options and a great way to start the day. The downtown location was super convenient and made it easy to get around and explore. I’d definitely stay here again!
