The room was very comfortable. The Wifi was excellent. The hotel is close to all the restaurants and shops.
Pros:

Close to everything. Staff are very friendly.
Flavored water for drinking is always available everyday.

Cons:

Nothing. It’s all good.

Würden wir sofort wieder buchen
Pros:

Super Lage direkt im Zentrum, alles zu Fuss erreichbar. Super Frühstück, hat für jeden was dabei.
Sehr grosse Zimmer, auch mal Platz zum den Koffer aufzuklappen ohne das jemand drüber stolpert.

Cons:

Aktuell haben Sie eine Baustelle vor dem Haus und aus diesem Grund ist die Zufahrt zur Tiefgarage nur aus einer Richtung zu erreichen. Wenn mans weiss, ist es jedoch keine Sache.

Short one but it served our needs fully
Pros:

Great location and facilities. The staff were friendly and they had good suggestions as well

Cons:

We didn’t have parking for the first night as we came a bit late but the hotel had alternative parking at a nearby lot

Great place to stay! Super comfortable and great staff!
Pros:

Breakfast was adequate. Not the best nor worst I’ve had. Breakfast staff was friendly and helpful. Desk staff was awesome. Parking a major plus. Will stay here again.

Cons:

Didn’t stay longer.

The best location I could’ve picked!!
Pros:

The location was excellent! Right in the town centre near stores, rental shops, food, and shuttle pick up points.

Cons:

The way to get to breakfast and laundry room is a bit convoluted but only an issue if you have mobility issues.

Great location, would stay here again!
Pros:

Located right downtown. Beautiful “mountain motif” with knotty pine furniture, etc. Beds were extremely comfortable. Breakfast was included and was simple but good. Nice hot coffee.

Cons:

Was a little chaotic to reach. It’s smack in the middle of everything and the directions provided were not very clear. Have to pay $25 a night for guaranteed underground parking, which I would recommend.

Pros:

Great location, nice facilities, fabulous room, pleasant and friendly staff. Helpful to be able to park on site for a reasonable price.

Cons:

Continental breakfast is included, which is a nice benefit, but it is quite basic when you consider what you're paying for the room.

Great location/Wonderful staff
Pros:

Hotel was great. Jack and all other staff we encountered couldn’t have been more helpful. Included breakfast was always good and it was always our morning maze to find it! 😉. The woman in charge was wonderful.
Good news: The location is perfect. It’s in the heart of downtown, so close to everything.
Bad news: the city is doing a lot of construction all around the hotel, which caused a lot of logistical challenges getting to and from the hotel. Hopefully, it will be finished soon, because the hotel itself is lovely.

Prima Lage um Banff und Umgebung zu erkunden.
Pros:

Sehr gute Lage um Banff zu erkunden. Zimmer hatte alles was man für einen kurzen Aufenthalt benötigt. Frühstück soweit alles da.

Cons:

Etwas dunkel da wir ein Zimmer zum Hof hatten. Frühstücksraum etwas klein im Keller.
