Fun, comfortable and very good location right next to the town centre.
Pros:

Staff were so friendly and helpful. Room was cosy and very comfortable.

Cons:

Breakfast wasn’t as good as I’d expected…slightly disappointing.

Cons:

The noise!! I’ve seen other reviews when the hotel responds to say it’s to be expected from a central hotel, but I’ve stayed in various much noisier cities around the world and not experienced this level of noise before, and it wasn’t even the busy season. I just think the windows aren’t sufficient, which means street and train noise might impact your sleep.

Pros:

Our room was beautiful and comfortable with a kettle and coffee maker . The beds were very comfy and spacious.

Cons:

We didn't have a view of the mountains but it is a very central hotel . The breakfast wasn't brilliant but it was free .

Poor breakfast & Parking...Room was okay. Wouldn't stay here again.
Pros:

The bed was comfy. The location was very good. The highlight was the cucumber lemon water they have in the lobby.

Cons:

The breakfast had very few options. The food was cooked poorly, coffee was cold. We chose this hotel because breakfast was offered. We would have stayed somewhere else if we had known. The breakfast was so bad we threw out our food and had to eat breakfast somewhere else. The parking is outrageous, but I'm sure it's the same all across Banff.

Ein Hotel in Rop-Lage!
Pros:

Die Lage war sehr gut und obwohl die hoteleigenen Parkplätze bereits voll waren, hat uns das Personal einen Tipp für einen Alternativparkplatz gegeben. Gutes Frühstück mit allem, was man braucht.

Cons:

Wir haben die Sauna genutzt, diese befindet sich im Untergeschoss direkt angrenzend an den Fitnessbereich. Dadurch hatte diese leider keinen Ruhebereich. Wir mussten die Trockensauna selbst anschalten, dadurch hat es mehr als 45 min gedauert, bis diese auf Temperatur war.
