Wonderful, will recommend and return when we visit Banff again.
Pros:

Clean, warm and friendly staff. The Boss suite was wonderful with great bed linen and amenities. Choosing the frequency of house keeping was a great addition to our stay.

Would highly recommend a visit to this cosy hotel and lovely town.
Pros:

The hotel was cosy and bedrooms comfortable and very clean. Breakfast was great value for money and very tasty. Hotel is ideally situated just off the Main Street so it’s very quiet and just a minutes walk to the main coach drop off/pick up point.

Cons:

Can’t complain about anything. Staff were very friendly and very helpful.
