Nice staff, mtn lodge vibe, clean rooms, excellent hot breakfast and right in the heart of Banff.
Pros:

Really really in the heart of Banff - like, on a walking street. Some may like that, and it was quiet for the one night I was there, but I felt a bit too close for comfort for me. If you love being right next to restaurants and bars, this looks like it has been a staple for years. Very nice staff, and the room was comfortable, and larger than expected. Excellent hot breakfast.

Cons:

If I was on the bottom floor, I would suspect I could hear every step above me since my floor creaked with almost every step, but I could be wrong. For me, the location was a little to much in the heart of all the bustle of Banff.

A tranquil and nice place to stay, conveniently located in the middle of downtown.
Pros:

Enjoyed the excellent location. Just in the middle of downtown, conveniently close to restaurants, shops, and bus/shuttle stops. Staff were so kind and helpful. The bedroom was also really confortable.

Cons:

Bathroom needs an air extractor.

Pros:

The property was in a perfect location. It was literally on the door step to everything! Close to the ski bus stop which was a big bonus for us, and close to all shops and restaurants. The view from the hotel was beautiful.
Secondly, the property was clean and tidy. Our hotel room was a great size with plenty of space, the bathroom was also spacious. Cleanliness is a priority for us when going away, and our room and bathroom were perfectly clean. We had clean towels when needed, and our room was kept clean too. The heating system was great and could control our own heating, perfect when freezing outside.
The included breakfast was great, perfect before a day of skiing. Plenty of things to choose from and was tasty. The daily snacks at hotel reception were my fave!
The hotel staff were really nice and friendly, very welcoming and helped out when needed. The ski storage room in the hotel was ideal.
Overall was a perfect stay, would absolutely recommend this hotel, thanks so much!
